Sorry to hear about what you are going through. You are in good hands with this website. We all understand where you are coming from. Support is the greatest attribute, I feel, this website offers.
Talking to others that are not inflicted with morgellons usually doesn't go well. Best to be careful of what you say and to whom, for these ignorant people could use it against you. Besides, with all that you are going through, a "head trip" is not what you need from others. (Morgellons alone does a good job of that)
The symptoms you are suffering from are very familiar. We all have/had them and more. I say this so you realize that you are not alone. Many of us are going through the same thing... as you read other posts you will see that your story is similar to many.
Actually your symptoms sound exact to mine. I haven't had any lesions either. But the red spots are plenty.
The tricky thing about morgellons is you have to rid your body of it at the same time as ridding your environment. NOT AN EASY TASK! I sure haven't been able to accomplish that, but many have.
Eating healthy is necessary in order to battle these little devils (morgellons).
To start with, no fast food, no box food. Think of it like going on a diet, vegetables, whole wheat, stuff like that. Oh and no sugar. (that one has been a real tough one)
Your environment may seem like a never ending battle.... mine sure is. If you are able to do a really good clean up job and have some "tools" on hand you can stay up on it.
Baths can end up being your best friend when you are having one of those days. Never wear the same outfit twice, wash all after use.
Here is a list of items that will help you feel better and help with your environment:
epson salt
tea tree oil (all kinds of essential oils help )
baking powder
organic products (for hygiene no sulfates)
gloves (disposable)
hair caps
coconut oil
paper towels (use in stead of cloth, disposable is good)
plastic containers with lids for dirty clothes and clean clothes
mattress cover (plastic) and pillow covers
Those are just a few items. Please go through some of the posts here for more helpful suggestions.
I hope some of what I said will be of help to you. I know it's not very detailed, but I thought a starting point for you. You will understand what I mean as you read other posts, etc. There is many other products that have helped others, everyone is different what works for one may not for another. All you can do is try and learn.
Take care of yourself and keep praying,
Ghettogirl
Ghettogirl, was it you that mentioned washing your hair with gloves? I SO get that now. It has taken two weeks to get out the blue sludge from my fingernails. It felt like acid eating away my cuticles.

Default hi trz

sorry to hear you are having a rough time. Exploring this website should help. I had a bad experience with a number of doctors last year. None said I was crazy, but they couldn't find anything wrong with my systemic health and skin. So, sounds like you know many things are not okay. Hopefully you will find a way to heal, and to find a helpful doctor.

The flying lint is all over my home, car, clothing (watched one fly off pants after pulling them out of dryer..had wing like formation), depression, anxiety. The one thing I dont have yet is the lesions though I do have the tiny red dot marks (entry points??). Also see tiny flying gnats or whatever they are fly off my skin at night with a flashlight. I dont post a lot but I read a lot here and have pretty much the same things everyone else talks about. Oh and some days I wake up with sorta flu like symptoms (mainly the face feeling flush with chills everywhere else if anyone can relate).

Exfoliating and bathing in LOTS of salt is probably my number 1 helper, then no sugar diet, sulphur stuff (onions, garlic, MSM, NAC, sulphur soap on skin), green tea, and peppermint oil (on scalp)....oh and sunshine!

Working has been better for my health than not working....I know how stressful this is...but at least it keeps you active and in a routine.

Keep truckin and welcome to MDR TRZ

Oh I definitely agree Jo. If I had too much free time I would be an absolute mess. I just wish I could do 40-45 hours a week so I had more time to do the little things ya know. The schedule I have has never been a problem until this. We all know the fatigue that comes with this and this routine just makes it worse. And is the biggest reason my immune system seems to be up and down lately. Oh well no use whining, gotta just keep fighting the fight!
