Yes, Christmas is a very depressing time if we let it be. I just get sad thinking of how many ppl ....

naah...I'm not even going to go there. I'm not thinking so hard this Christmas. I'm dismissing any sad thoughts and thinking of good things.

We have to believe that good will prevail over evil and I do. Look at the ppl here on this forum who care so much about each other. We have a fairly decent core of that, I'd say.

Get that sun on your face, girlfriend and think positive thoughts. Don't give evil the opportunity to enter your mind and heart.

Sing some happy tunes. Dance. Change your paradigms!!!! Hug a stranger!!!

Well...maybe not hug a stranger :-)

I agree with everyone!! Thanks so much for caring and for you.

I see my most wonderful Dr. today. He knows "M" is real but lacks knowledge. However, he is researching and I have passed on to him many legit articles from links posted here.
