Stephanie Vacarro Funeral Notice: Stephanie Vacarro?s Obituary by the Press Democrat.

Carla,

I only know what the obit stated..... that she was only 59 years old and donations are requested to be made to the American Cancer Society.

One of the comments from her obit said she went suddenly.

I certainly don't want to assme what took her life but agree far too many people seem to be dying at younger ages everytime I read the obituaries.

It is really concerning/alarming.

I don't know why the link on my 1st post isn't working so I posted the obit link again above. ( hope it works )

Very very sad all this is,
Kmar

Default Something doesn't seem right

Was there a mistake? According to Charles E. Holman Foundation , she is an active nurse for Morgellons.

Websites often do not update information as promptly as they should. I rather think that if there were obituaries for her in newspapers this lady most likely has passed away rather than the reverse, that somehow she is still alive and her obituaries were printed in error. Hopefully someone will email the Charles E. Holman Foundation to find out what exactly the story is. I have found her obituary still posted online here which was extracted from other sources. When her death was first announced the links for the obituaries on this thread worked, but of course newspapers do not keep them online after a short time:

Thank you TCM for finding that tribute page.

She passed away last Spring in April.

I noticed that in your Link -- it was requested that donations be sent to Cancer Research.

So many people are passing away from cancer. It must be all the toxins everyone is exposed to anymore.

May she Rest in Peace.

Yes, Stephanie passed away soon after the Austin Conference in April.

As most know, that website/organization (the NMO) organized the 2nd Annual Morgellons Medical and Scientific Conference. The Foundation itself was created by Charles Holman and Cindy Casey. Charles died suddenly two years ago, and he was the main energy behind the Foundation as Cindy was and has been quite ill.

Despite this, the Foundation has continued to function, and Cindy has continued to make major contributions to the Morgellons community, including running the Foundation, "String Theory" which aired on Discovery Health last October, organized both the first and second Morg conferences, attends Lyme conventions and distributes information about Morgellons at them, grants radio interviews, and works one-to-one with new Morgies. The NMO recently donated $6,000 to Dr. Wymore at OSU to complete payment for a shotgun dna study which will be done in the near future.

In short, there is hardly a soul with Morgellons who has done as much for Morgellons as Cindy. It is always easier to find fault than it is to look at what contributions people make.

I am sure that Cindy will get to updating the website when she can.

it is Thanksgiving and still no sort of tribute or appreciation to a woman who passed away helping us. she is on the charles foundation page as presently alive and well.

I can find absolutely no excuse for this when other updates have been made on that site since her death SEVEN months ago in April 2009.

You can quit bashing Cindy when you've done half what she has for Morgellons research.
