| I'm copying and pasting (from Katinka's "I'm falling...HELP" thread under Support). Here's some background on why I'm starting this thread: ************************************************** ****** Hmmmm...sadsack, we've been discussing this for years. Set the date. Ready, get set, go! I'm ready to plan a big party in the Jemez Mountains in New Mexico. ~jonsi ************************************************** * Sadsack, I'm starting a new thread on the day for Morgellon's recognition day, but will respond to your questions here. You aren't being argumentative and I appreciate your thoughts. This day should be one of celebration for finding each other and meeting each other one on one. I support Clifford Carnicom and if I am going to organize a party in my neighborhood anyone who wants to donate money, it will go to his institute. He has been researching chem-trails for ten years now. He has shown the link between chem-trail fibers and Morgellons fibers. Carnicom lives nearby and i talk to him on a regular basis. However, I don't like the thought of any one organization or person taking the credit for the hard work each of us will be doing in our own area. Most of us don't have money to travel far. Recognition day can be as simple as lighting a candle to connect with others, or organizing a big party with local bands. Grass roots... the CDC has ignored us all along. I personally know of 15+ people who live within 35 miles of my home that acknowledge they have Morgellons. I hope you understand. We need to select a day and plan around it. I think the fall equinox, September 22nd, is a perfect day! ~jonsi ************************************************** **** So, what do ya'll think about setting a date? Spreading the word and lighting a candle (or throwing a party to celebrate our endurance) to recognize the suffering we are going through, and how strong we really are... Kritters is good at taking polls. Let's decide on a day and go from there. In the white light, ~jonsi

| Hey Jonsi, YES!!!! A very good idea...we should celebrate ourselves for all the hard work we have done..all of us giving eachother love and support. We need to get together and SHOW other people out there THIS IS REAL! Katinka |

| Jonsi - There are many things I love about your idea. One is the inclusiveness of all the researchers who contribute to this with the right spirit. I only know a little about Carnicom, have seen his videos with Dr. Scott, and find them interesting. It does drive me crazy that there is so much of a divide in all of this....the expression that covers this is "contempt prior to investigation". If what he is saying is true, other researchers should try to replicate what he's found and comment on it. In particular his claims that Morgellons fibers are found in everyone - that needs to be confirmed or found inaccurate. Maybe as Morgellons victims we can set an example for the researchers to talk to each other, work together, look at each other's research without dismissing it ahead of time because it does not fit their "weltanschauung" (that's for you, Katinka!). Your idea is similar to "Earth Day" in the sense that individual groups everywhere chose how they would recognize the day. I like that! So, yeah - let's proceed, unite, progress, and prevail!! SS |

| Hey Sadsack, "weltanschauung" (that's for you, Katinka!). Couldn't have said it better ![]() Ja, sie sollten lieber zusammen arbeiten, anstatt sich gegenseitig zu ignorieren. You know it's kinda funny how I read and write english, think german and put that back to english again? That's why my sentences and posts sound funny sometimes. ![]() Kat ![]() |

| Cool Everyone! (SS, I sent you a pm back!) Maybe we should wait a few more days to get some feedback from SS and the other sites I went to before we decide on a day. September 22nd falls on a Tuesday this year, but the day of the week will change each year. The fall equinox is a day of balance, dark/light, daytime/nighttime. If I coordinate a large event it will probably fall on the weekend before the 22nd, but attention will be drawn to the actual date. Let's get started! ![]() ![]() ![]() Itwl, ~jonsi
