How do we Private Message with Someone

Not a complaint, but a "how-to" inquiry.

I have been invited to do this. Not sure I am getting the drill. Should we get replies through our own personal emails, the board mailbox, or is this through a real time java link.

Used to be really good with online Apps. Maybe tis the brain fog, but I just can't see across the bay.

here is way i private message click on username of person wish to reach from a post or something, then at bottom of page will be link says personal messae them then can pm. try me sice i am on all over the place, to read messages at top of homepage is a section called my messages(LC).

Evan The pm goes through to this sites mailbox but you can get an alert sent to your personal e-mail .

The way I do it.. when you read a post, on the left is their name, and profile info and a little icon picture. Under that are 2 or 3 little icons, one is a little person like on AOL, one is an envelope, one is a little cartoon text bubble. If you click the little cartoon bubble it opens a window to send a private message.

Then when you come on the board on top, under MORGELLONS DISEASE RESEARCH and HELLO Username (with a blue background) there's a white box with text that says:
You have xxx messages, 0 are new
Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.
Total time logged in: 7 days, 11 hours and 3 minutes.

Any time you click the link to: You have xxx messages, 0 are new
It will take you to that private mail box and you can get and reply to messages.
