franky maybe you can make some child boards for failed treatments. Some like a quick list for people to scan.

Would it be somehow possible to have a grid of health questions for those who wish to answer them? I don't know if it would be possible, but for instance, how many here have Lyme Disease; do you garden, or spend alot of times outdoors (camping/hiking), have we all been to the same places California, Florida, Texas. I know some of these are stretch, but maybe there is some kind of link here. I know there are other questions that I can't think of right now. But I just thought I would put that out there.

Hi Jano - I think that is an excellent idea. I wondered about some of these common threads as well...We can conduct our own clinical study.. :
"Own pets" might be one to include..
Great idea..

Jano thats a great idea, I was actually thinking of something similar. But I was trying to figure out a way to get it done. I can of 2 ways. Somebody makes a master list and we post it. Then people just respond with there answers. or maybe a post with a poll, and people can answer the pole. I think the first one would be better and less confusing esp with a long list of questions.

Great! I'll start making a list and if you guys can think of some - we can combine it and see how it goes. Own pets is a good one. I do - I have a persian cat and she is FULL of hair. I never thought to look her over.

Ok Franky - here is the compiled list:

State you reside in
Inner City? Suburb? Country?
Do you live on a lake, by the ocean or pond?
Do you have city or well water?
Do you live in a heavily treed area?
Age at onset
Number of years affected
Any other family members affected?
Your occupation at onset?
Do you own pets?* Cat? Dog? Other?
Have/had you travelled to California, Florida or Texas? Europe? Other?
Do you/have you garden, hike, camp or spend alot of time outdoors?
List your activities and hobbies.
Have you used a public whirlpool or pool?
Please provide your medical history (ie: do you or have you had any other diseases?* Cancer, Lyme, Thyroid, AIDS, other?).
Do you smoke?
Any medications you have taken or are taking?
Do you drink more than 8 cups of coffee a day?
As far as lesions, have you had more than 10 at a given time?
What part of your body did the lesions start?*
Is there any area that they are most prevalent?* If so, where?*
Is one side of your body/face more affected than the other (ie: left vs right)?

Please list your current symptoms (brain fog? vision disturbances? fatigue? nausea? weight loss/gain etc?)
What did other doctors diagnose you with (ie: folleculitis? scabies? DOP - delusional parasitosis)?

I think I got everybody's ideas in there. Thanks for putting the poll together!
