| I saw a program on what Big Company's have done to the Mountain regions in the U.S. Coal Company's taken a mountain down for the Coal,.and the people of these regions suffering with the results,.black water,.Coal dust in the air for month's at a time,.the Company's saying they would restore the Mountain when they would finish,.in some case's slurry dams braking, causing a flood of coal mud that would destroy the whole area,.I only read just some of Agenda 21,.I don't see a problem with as yet. 13.21. Governments at the appropriate level, with the support of the relevant international and regional organizations, should: · Consider undertaking pilot projects that combine environmental protection and development functions with particular emphasis on some of the traditional environmental management practices or systems that have a good impact on the environment; · Generate technologies for specific watershed and farm conditions through a participatory approach involving local men and women, researchers and extension agents who will carry out experiments and trials on farm conditions; · Promote technologies of vegetative conservation measures for erosion prevention, in situ moisture management, improved cropping technology, fodder production and agroforestry that are low-cost, simple and easily adopted by local people. C) Human resource development 13.22. Governments at the appropriate level, with the support of the relevant international and regional organizations, should: (a) Promote a multidisciplinary and cross-sectoral approach in training and the dissemination of knowledge to local people on a wide range of issues, such as household production systems, conservation and utilization of arable and non-arable land, treatment of drainage lines and recharging of groundwater, livestock management, fisheries, agroforestry and horticulture; (b) Develop human resources by providing access to education, health, energy and infrastructure; (c) Promote local awareness and preparedness for disaster prevention and mitigation, combined with the latest available technology for early warning and forecasting.

| Hi Carla, Agenda 21 is about saving the planet (Environmental speaking) and not about global domination or 'one world' order etc. It's written by scientists...here's one example given in the video - livestock are unsustainable - this is true scientifically, because the amount of energy needed to breed and sustain a herd ('input') is greater than the amount of energy they produce via production of meat, milk, cheese ('output'). I've studied and written local Agenda 21 policies. Aint nothing but love for the planet. Jo |

| All that sustainability crap is nothing but a way to push communism on the masses of people. The environmental movement is run by those who are pushing communism everywhere in the world. There's no love (love? ) involved in communism, except for the few to have everything they want to eat, including meat, while those who are less wealthy are allowed live in poverty and squalor first, starve second and sicken and die (third). In fact that is the real agenda behind all of it. Environmentalist wackos and communists want population to decline massively and they do not care how that agenda is reached. There will, however, always be those led willingly to slaughter by believing such tripe. Oops! Sorry, I forgot. It's supposed to be all vegetarian. Pap then.

| that's hateful stuff and b.s. in my opinion, are you trying to get a rise out of folks? btw..capitalism and consumerism are way more destructful than socialism..don't confuse socialism with communism either. |

| Getting a rise out of people? No, stating my opinion of what's happening worldwide. Socialism is just as destructive as communism in that it controls people's lives and takes away decisions from the individual. Personally I am not into consumerism nor do I feel it will solve the economic problems the US is facing. Still I do love freedom which both types of thought suppress. And some in government have had or have communist agendas, not socialist agendas, and have even given speeches to that effect. Just because my opinion does not match yours it does not mean what I said is hateful or b.s.

| BTW, junknira, I notice this is your first post on the forum? So how about telling us a bit about yourself by way of introduction. Such as how you became ill.

| Well if tcm is talking bs then there are a few of us doing the same. I personally drop the words socialism n communism and call it what it is which is totalitarianism/Dictatorship. Plain & simple that is what it is. Jo I would like to ask you if you have ever been on a Common Purpose course? I have been reading the agenda21 and it is just wrapped up in politically correct mumbo jumbo where it looks good on the surface but when you read deeper into it one sees the agenda.Put together by the United Nations who are the NWO people.World Bank is mentioned throughout as is the WHO.If you truly believe this is to do good for the planet you are one of their success stories. They pulled the wool......

| We have to think beyond what we have been doing to save the planet. Our disease was caused by the kind of people on this video who value the individual above what's good for everyone. They are all out for themselves and could care less what happens to anyone else because of their greed. We need healthy food sources and health care that cures not keeps us ill and the greed going. If you notice the drug commercials, there are many advertizements for pills that help you if your first pill doesn't help you. Come on, we have to stop this so all of us can be better off. Quote:

| No Pat - I've not been on a Common purposes course. I see Agenda 21 as aspirationally written and to a certain degree utopian...ie - it will never happen. The greatest success it holds is in the industries of paper and glass. Its accepted about sustainable forests and the fact that most of the glass we use has been recycled time and time again. The idea that people would give up their property and give up commodities they love is bonkers! What was Agenda 21 thinking of? It runs against human nature to share. even car share lol A few chapters later, the narrator tells us even more about how they shared all their property (Acts 4:32-35):
