| Why can't they find the source of salmonella? This is going to financially break the farmers having to rotate/bury their ripe crops! What is going on? Prices keep going up. We need to find alternative energy sources. The sun is the center. The sun should be the source. In the white light, ~jonsi

| Sometimes I think they do know the source, but it is some sort of a political ball that no one wants in their court like the workers are ... in the fields in the US, the food is from Mexico where the workers....in the field or the water supply runs by a sewer before getting to the field to irrigate or the food (which now may not even be the tomatoes) is genetically modified to be some wonder gene in the food to prevent x,y,z in the plant but transfers perfectly to cause....salmonella if someone human eats it. Of course this is all just conjecture, but I do wonder. |

| I wish they could at least make tomato juice or sauce out of them. At least then they would get some income. I hate to see them have to waste all of that good food. They will suffer without the income they depend on. I canot believe they are all bad, but how do we really know? |

| Now they are saying it's not the tomatoes! Jerks! And we trust "who" for "what"? Poor farmers... all those tomatoes tossed away. This gives new meaning to FOOD FiGHT.
