Since nematodes are so hard to kill,,I thought we could put some things that do,,,,here..Feel free to add if you find others..

I've been using neem oil on my lesions for a while now and yes it does help, but I feel that if this is indeed a nematode, that it is a mutated form. The best neem that I have found is straight from India. I mostly shop at the local health food store but have had little success with the various neem products that I've bought there. I went to my local Indian food market and found a much larger bottle of pure neem seed oil for a whole lot cheaper and it smells and feels much stronger. Make sure it is NEEM SEED OIL and not the leaf as the seed oil is really the more preferred part of the plant for this application. There is also a product called boroline (also only available at local indian market) a boric acid antiseptic cream - it's like $3.00 and it is soooooo soothing if your lesions are sore or irritated.

Again, not a total "cure" at least with my situation but definately helps, thanks hurtin1 for your research

Hurtin1 thanks this is a great idea! i've been wondering the same thing.
when i was trying to find something to kill them they mentioned that using horticultural oils worked pretty well in the soil so possibly something on that idea would be good for us. i'm trying to find that article and i def have over a hundred and more things saved so when i find out more i will let you guys know!

Absolutly Kritts,,thats why they make salt licks for cows out of unprocessed salt,, molasess,,sulfur,alfalfa,,and other........also...
I cant find sulfured molases anywhere anymore,,,even here in E.Tex!!!

Thanks for all your research, Hurtin! I did not know that salt licks also contained molasses! See? That's what is so great about this forum! HUH!!!

I see salycilic acid on that list. Until I began reading about acne prevention (I started breaking out at the onset of this and because my skin is normally clear I couldn't understand why this was suddenly happening) I didn't know that is the key ingredient in all over-the-counter and probably prescription cleansers and cosmetics used for acne. Once I began using it, my face cleared up again.
