| I love animals too, but animals are not more important than humans (yet). The suffering of those children and their parents must be enormous. I cannot imagine this horror, but have great sympathy for them all. Yet I have not heard any sorrow expressed about these two children from others on this thread.

| TCM - I don't think this is an issue of who's more important or suffering more. Someone thought the raccoon was cute. I did too. That doesn't mean we don't feel sorry for the children! The only point I was making is that it is not the raccoons that are doing it, it's the worms that infected them. It's a little like blaming "us" for the spread of Morgellons, like the victim is at fault! SS |

| I had two pet raccoons, they are part of the bear family and meaner pound for pound than any dog. I need to look at the raccoon problem now and see about that. I don't think there is a possibility that was about 1981!!! They sure were characters!! |

| I do not think we, on this board, even NEED to post our sorrow for others...It is just a KNOWN that we feel it. I thought the raccoon was cute too, and I admire Katinka for seeing past the disease long enough to recognize the dang thing WAS cute!! I agree with Obama about thier nature though. I had a Mancoon Cat. A cat with mixed genes (raccoon)...That cat was strong as an ox and smart as a fox...He could use his paws like hands, like a racoon, but he was a CAT!! I didnt know it until he got a little bigger....he would turn on all the faucets in the house just for fun when I wasnt home. I gave him up because he was such an awful pest, and he carried resentments like a human! He believed in payback, too. His name was Slick... TCM, just to alleviate any superiority you might be feeling over us.... Those poor kids! Thier poor parents! how can they even be coping! blah, blah... cute raccoon. bad disease...we are ALL suffering. |

| Sorry, Sudio, any perception that I feel superior to others here is in your mind, not in mine. I just feel that at times we folks with morgellons forget that others besides we suffer, and often times they suffer misfortunes much more severely (how about half brain dead as a tiny baby) and more quickly than do others. And please, just for my sake, do not put up any fake concern here. I did not mean to interfere with the pity party.
