Great article overview on human parasites

Hi all, I came upon this yesterday and I think it is a good introduction to shake some people up who don't believe the average person/family can get sick from parasites. You know, those people who immediately think of Sigorney Weaver and her aliens when you say the word 'PARASITE'. I had a friend recently ask me to send any info I could on why it's important not to let your dogs french kiss you or let your cats sit on the kitchen counter and help you eat off your plate so he could pass it on to other people. SLIGHT exaggeration (although I know there are people who do that) but what he really wanted was the basic, everyday scoop on human parasites which EVERYONE should know INCLUDING DOCTORS (ahem ahem).

Christ Kritts...just took a mebendazole, I wonder if there's something better, will go to an Indian shop, they seem to know more than the doctors, I never have an itchy anus but it seems thats not always the case. If a doctor is surprised at what she see's there's not much hope for the rest of us!!! it makes me wonder if, as older people mostly get a fat midriff that they haven't collected a load of parasites along the way, sounds like a stamp collector ha ha! & why we get so unfit with age.I reckin the whole medical proffesion needs re-educating. it seems that parasites & fungas are everyones worst enemy, why haven't we been taught this?....Spotster....

You just repeated what I told someone about 15 minutes ago, Spotster! You said it in a nutshell. The entire medical industry should be revamped! Start back at the basics before big pharma threw the wool over their eyes and medical students no longer saw the eco-system as it really is. They took the natural remedies and changed a molecule so they could get patents and make a fortune. UH OH.... without big pharma reps to take us to dinner in Hawaii, we wouldn't know what to do to cure anyone. We only read drug directions we don't want to know or care to know what they are based on.
