If it is the Black Mold kelley ,you should get out of there as quick as possible.Is that right Kritts?
At least have it tested.
Tea Tree Oil in a spray bottle with warm water gets rid of any mold for a bit.
If that doesn't work add some dissolved Baking Powder to it.
