You know hurtin I wonder if using the fresh black walnuts like is described in Dr. Christopher's herbal book would cure the Morgie scalp? Although I no longer have the parasite evidence of the parasites in my scalp I still have swollen areas in a few places which will bleed if I scratch and also I will see some hard particles emerge. So it is a thought that this might work for those who have this problem as Christopher said there was a GI in the army he treated who had terrible scalp issues. By wrapping the head of this fellow with rag soaked fresh walnut decoction Christopher made the man was eventually cured. I will have to look it up again to be sure, but I think it was about a month that his head was left with the black walnut rags wrapped around his head. At the end of that time his scalp was once again healthy.

I found it amazing that the army docs,,and generals,,majors,,ect,,,..,,,poo-poo-ed his healin idea,,but in the end he emerged a hero for curing that guy,,and MANY others...,,with B-W......

My head had alot of foaming up,,when I first started the oxy-clean,,hair wash/body wash,,,,but after a week,,doing this once a day ,,it got where there was very little foaming up..,,indicating to me that my head/hair was pretty infested with somethin morgs....
I knew this stuff dont like oxygen,,and well thats where I got the idea from,,I figured I would drown it in oxygen,,,,,,,seemed to work well for me...

I am going to get a gallon or two of vodka for this fall to make some B-W tincture to have on hand,,,I just ran across,,and bought some old brown glass bottles at a flea market...for storing the tincture in,,that is....

I have this, the eye twitch and the brain fog. I need to get something quickly to get it out of there quickly. The sores are better but the itching is driving me nuts.

According to what I read about this soldier he had impetigo which put an inch crust in his scalp. To make this black walnut tincture for external use only Christopher used rubbing alcohol. If making it for internal use then what hurtin' says it the way to approach making it. Most herbalists would never use rubbing alcohol to tincture as it would limit the use to external only. In addition any tincture made with rubbing alcohol would have to be marked poison to prevent its accidental internal use:

"One Monday morning, during the time we had our regular meetings, Major Shumate, who was over all eight dispensaries, brought in a soldier suffering from a case of impetigo contagioso. Major Shumate discussed the case: ‘I’ve been a consulting dermatologist, and have my own clinic in New York, as you know, which is being run for me while I am here, so I am quite experienced in skin disorders, but I have never seen a case like this.’

"The soldier had three-quarters of an inch of scab over the entire hair area; the hair had been clipped as close to the scalp as possible and the scab covered the entire hair area. "‘Will you go out and dig up that pile of husks and send me a big sack of them up to Fort Lewis? Can you get them on a plane tonight so I can have them the following morning?’ I asked.

"I made up a gallon of tincture of black walnut using rubbing alcohol. In the Army, the dispensaries were not allowed to handle 90 proof grain alcohol; if we had had it, we could have used the tincture internally as well as externally. So I had to use rubbing alcohol, but never before and never since have I used rubbing alcohol for a tincture! The gallon of tincture was ready in two days. The usual time to make a tincture is fourteen days, but I was under a lot of pressure there, so this one was ready in two days and I credit the Lord for giving the tincture its potency.

"We made up a night-cap that covered the man’s head like a football helmet. It was made of layer after layer of gauze till it was very thick. It was covered with adhesive tape and we taped it to hold it down. At the crosses where the tape didn’t cover, there was room to insert a syringe filled with the tincture into the gauze to keep it wet. Because I lived off the base, I was only there so many hours in the day. When I left, I instructed the next shift to keep this man under observation 24 hours a day. The man was also kept under guard as he now had the status of a foreigner.

"He spent four days, Thursday through Sunday, with the fomentation on his head. Monday morning came, and for the first time all the dispensary heads were there on time, sitting on the edges of their chairs, waiting for the show.

"The two MPs brought the soldier in, sat him down, and Major Shumate said, ‘Let’s see the case.’ So I loosened the adhesive tape where it was holding the headpiece down and took it off. Inside the helmet was three-quarters of an inch of horrible-looking scar tissue and scab. But his head was clean as a baby’s. There was no sign of impetigo at all. There had been some secondary infection where the scalp had bled, and that was healing. The men all gasped when I took off the bandages. Major Shumate used a few words I wouldn’t repeat, but then he said, ‘I have been a dermatologist for years and I have never seen a case as horrible as this—and never have I seen anything heal as rapidly as what you’ve used.’ In front of the men who were either lieutenants, majors, or captains, Major Shumate sanctioned me to treat all patients brought to me with herbs. He officially made me an herbal doctor in the United States Army, the only one known in World War II. I brought back into the dispensary cases that I had had to use the "skull and crossbones" medicines on, with no success, and I treated them with herbs—and they were healed. We got quite a name for ourselves. Men from all over Fort Lewis, even generals, came over because I had the only formula, black walnut tincture, that would heal jungle rot. The only one! And so we were very busy herbalists."

I feel at least some parasites could have been identified if anyone really looked and took this seriously (besides Dr. Harvey who did identify some of them--why has everyone else ignored this aspect for the most part?). Parasites may not be the whole picture of Morgellons, but it would be a good place to start treatment. I agree with you that the thought some parasites could be in the brain is not a pleasant thought.

I agree TCM, Dr. look at you like your crazy when you mention that you think you have parasites... I think over half the time they never even look at our samples they throw them in the trash and say, you don't have any thing. I have had cyst behind my ears and on back of neck at the worst of my illness. I have been looking at some research on T. worms and I am positive that i have been living with these vermin for over 3 years now. I am so pissed off at the so called med. comm. because I have been to at least 15 Dr. and til last week due to my own sifting thru Chit I found something they had to pay attention too. It is no wonder that people resort to treating their selves and some end up dying because of no treatment, wrong treatment or mental illness due to either parasitic infection in brain or from the torture of this disease. I called CDC last week and woman said you have to have diagnosis before we can give you any info and I told her that was the problem we can't get a diagnosis. And I want answers!!! not that it helped anything, she referred me to local H. Dept. WooWE!! Please forgive my venting. I am at this moment waiting for Lab results that I hope actually got to lab and yes 3years into this with being treated as if I was DOP I am a weee bit paranoid of the local Health Dept. lol
