While I love(d) George Carlin and am sad he's gone, I had to let you know that my son sent this to me and others, possibly tongue-in-cheek to me.

Yeah... he was a hoot. Too bad his life was taken prematurely by the mycoplasma pneumonia criter at the age of 71 giving him heart failure. Guess he should have washed his hands that one little time he didn't.

oh and editing to add that I do agree about being too clean for the good of your immune system. But I don't think people realize that all diseases are a result of not being able to keep a strong immune system because of other things, such as diet and exercise AT LEAST.

In fact... I'd be willing to bet that the majority of people on this forum were pretty knowledgeable and practiced good health habits keeping the immune system strong.

I liked him so much! He opened up my mind at a young age. Parents laughed nervously!

I ate holisticlly and excersised religiously since age 17, 49 now. Seems that most here care about themselves and each other. Good group we are huh? But I was given virus from husband. Tons of stuff, bad apartments, wore me down big time.
