okay folks, some are having the spontaious burn thing pop up on them. i believe it to be a herximer reaction, as i and others have told me they have had this problem using other things. IF HAVE THIS PROBLEM GET ALOE VERA GEL TO TAKE FIRE OUT, AND MAKE SURE BATHS OR SHOWERS ARE TEPID NOT HOT! do not use the peroxide bath after the shower, may be too harsh in combination. ecovie or something mild like aveeno.i have noticed takes place with areas which get friction, such as between thighs, under arms, on hinies and on chest in women where wear a bra. i am not sure if the dishsoap is something which encourages this herximer reaction. i will test on myself further, i do not wish to be erroneuous in my suggestions. if i am wrong, then i shall have franky or bubba retract all information on this topic of the oxy soap. i would rather be safe then sorry, and i hope no one bears any ill feelings towards me if i have made a mistake. understand this disease is little understood and the reaction of it to things can be quite unpredictable. IF I HAVE MADE A MISTAKE, GOD HELP ME I AM TRULY SORRY, WHY WILL TEST ON MYSELF (LC).

Hi LadyC, I've been taking baths in the Oxy Palmolive (instead of putting it on pure strength) and am having great results for the stage I'm at (ie, no longer have lesions -- just worms under skin). I am also getting rashes after using the "butt paste" (not severe though) but had the same thing happen months ago when I got a seaweed wrap. It was explained to me that the rash was a temporary reaction from the skin drawing out impurities. I guess we all have to use our best judgement but I've found Oxy Palmolive helpful -- but I always use it in a very dilluted form. Another important way to minimize rashes: towel dry skin VERY WELL after using this. (Unlike Eco-Vie, where you're supposed to let it dry by itself). I've found that if I don't, that's when the rash worsens. Thanks for the aloe vera suggestion -- will add that to my list! ![]()

Lady C, How dare you tell us about something that you think might be making us worse!!HA! Please know that I am truly kidding...like any of us know what the devil works for sure and doesn't work for sure...ALL trial and error, if you ask me...we are all actually guinea pigs, due to the FACT that the CDC won't get off their A-- and investigate this crap, so that doctors can KNOW what works and what would make it worse...still yet, I believe IF the CDC really investigated this, they would find that for a little while one thing works great, then out of the blue, as if the little you know whats had a brain, it is ATTACK MODE.....OR since you are on medications, probably due to that, and who knows what would happen or wouldn't happen, whether you used the OXY Palmolive or not...one thing works for awhile, with me, like on my laundry, not to beat a dead horse, but, my Eco-vie was wonderful in the laundry for awhile, then it quit working...the little varmints are totally adaptable to whatever they decide to adapt to...and then they NEVER cease to amaze me, either... I do not think that you are in any way responsible for anyone having worse lesions...because of your suggestions...I shave with it, pretty much full strength, just a little water to suds it up, and it leaves my legs feeling not as dry, if that makes sense...there may be something in it to keep your hands from drying out, I am sure...just like Madge says...so don't dismay about it...just let people try it....if it works for awhile...great...if it stops... and you think your lesions are worse, well...a good guess would be to stop and try something new...I know this was a bunch of jibber jabber...but I am appreciative of all the suggestions...just gives me one more thing to use in my arsenal...at least while it works on them...that is my point...nothing works forever with the little ba------....I hate them so bad...they do what they want, when they want.... and we are at their mercy, as far as I can see, just have to do our best to try to confuse them occasionally, or KILL as many of them the best way we can at the present...and keep on trying something different...until it quits working, and on to something new...So if it is making you worse, Lady C, don't go and play "HERO MEMBER"...just a pun...and make it even worse on yourself...you silly girl...we'll figure it out...just my thoughts...Kentucky haze

thank god kentucky something i have suggested has helped you. because yours is more advanced case then mine ever was, i felt like a big fat dork. yep, mine was bad not because of worms as much, but where the morgellons headquarters was at, in other words, in me the neck and base of back of skull, which wanted to cripple me. i have felt kinda useless, sometimes my suggestion do not always work, as all of us are different. but i try keep on plugging. i want to help not to hurt, ever. we will all work this mess out, (LC).

I need to add one more thing while I am thinking of it...I actually have one of those burns, that you said "pop up", as it always seems to be there when I wake up, if I actually had any sleep that night, and I am on no medication, well, take that back, actually taking an antifungal for toenail fungus, which is NOT working...getting ready to see a foot doctor too, that my doctor is sending me to...man will it ever end? My point to this is: I do am not on treatment, I don't actually put the OXY PLUS on my face...or anything but occasional DSP or AMLACTIN or Phisoderm to wash...but it looks like a cigarette was put out on my face in the morning when I wake up...I was taking the peroxide bath last night, and after getting my face wet, noticed that when that burn softened up, there were those dang black splintery fibers or whatever in them...about 3 of them...so I tweezed them off, while soft...I also woke up with a burned feeling on my eyelid, although it wasn't really red like the other, and don't know what to make of that...didn't see any black fibers in it...white ones, yes, always...but, no black ones... I also have been noticing those black splintery things inside every brown patch, or circle of thickened skin or age spots, and now they are also in every little freckle on my body...some I never noticed I had before...hiding out, camoflaging itself like they always seem to do...I do not want them in there, and feel like they will cause some major reproduction if I don't get them out...so I try to get them out if they are near the surface...It then ends up looking like one of those cigarette burns or a lesion... Those burns are too strange...anyway, what part of this nightmare isn't strange? Anyway, no Oxy, nothing making mine come up...or worse...the peroxide bath didn't make it worse, just made the black specks come to the surface of the burn when it softened up...now it seems to have dried it up...so I tend to disagree with your theory that the OXY is making things worse, or that the peroxide bath is too harsh for the burns or lesions...just my opinion...but my lesions aren't severe at this time....where is some wood to knock on, cuz now that I said that, tomorrow I will probably look like I have the chicken pox...if "they" are listening...ha...I believe the peroxide kills germs and bacteria that are in the lesions, and necessary to kind of keep them halfway clean....
