borax/hydrogen peroxide

Is it advisable to bathe in these?? i have heard that the "stuff" comes out with this treatment.
Where can i buy them from?

I don't use hydrogen peroxide much, it makes me itchy. But I've bathed in borax and it's helped calm things down.

You can get both at the supermarket. Peroxide in pharmacy area, borax in laundry aisle as mule team borax.

I've never really had anything come out in droves in a bath, but my stuff seems to be white so maybe I'm missing it.

Your money is better spent on POOL SALT at Walmarts or BAKING SODA not BAKING POWDER.

You also may add some tea tree oil, I did that and it was the ONLY time I saw black specks in the bottom of the tub.

Pool salt has helped me so much and if I stop using it things get much worse is a short period of time also wash clothes in borax and put some in my shampoo and bath . sammy
