Default 2 INEXPENSIVE PRODUCTS

I know I posted this somewhere, but I just came back from Walmart and I purchased:

1. Pure Citrus spray for .97!!!! I just bought the last 5 cans. There were about 50 cans 3 days ago and I bought a few and was so pleased. It is non aerosol and I've seen similiar products for 6 dollars.

2. "The best fitting Intimates in the world" microfiber shelf camisole. It is made with Tactel and Lycra and they wash and wear so well. I have to throw out all of my bras and old cotton tanks with the bras.

This is an expensive disease. The laundry situation is what keeps biting me in the butt. Thanks for all the suggestions. It's so difficult to simplify when we have so many activities - church clothes, sports clothes, school clothes, play clothes, sleepwear. We go through 3 or 4 outfits a day on a busy day. That is absurd even writing it!!

Thanks again to all of you.

there's no possible way i can do any of this. i work 2 part-time jobs (for just a little of min wage) and the $ just isn't there for me to spend. how is it done? i need to change my diet which i would love to do and with the $ i spend i do buy cottage cheese, fruit, potato bread, shredded wheat, mom's $ buys the rest and when she makes a grocery list i feel obligated to buy what she wants to buy. her alz hasn't progressed to delusion yet and the foods i want i buy but there's some weeks i can't buy anything becuz there's 3 bills due. last week i was suspended so that throws me off. i want to go on that "lemonade" fast (if i can find it again. i don't have a printer and didn't write it down) and i want to try the "oil pulling". i have cumin, but now i need capsules. garlic tabs. dsp. eco-vie. Lord, it never ends. what'm i gonna do? i just ran completely outta gain and borax washin under clothes and work clothes. are ya spose to fix up a fresh batch of the eco-vie solution with distilled warm water every time u use it? does it de-activate if u fix up a bottle and use it over a 2-3 day period. if so then THAT'S one of the things i'm doin wrong. i've been doin treatment steps tiwce a day for the last 3 days and somethin ain't workin. i'm miserable. brenda

Don't eat any bread or sugar for awhile. I fasted for awhile because my body just stopped wanting food when I got very sick. Make sure you bathe every night and shower every morning. Eco vie is expensive so I find the spray bottle of it to work the best for the money. When I get bad, I do take the eco vie bath.

The laundry situation is a problem and I find using plastic bags sprayed with eco vie to hold the dirty clothes before putting in basket. I also fill washer and put all dirty darks in and then wash at the end of the day. I ran into problems when I got behind and wasn't bagging. I don't know when is the moment of easing back but I believe it differs for each of us. I'm on the meds and had a set back due to laundry/diet/bath situation. Anyway, I hope this helps. I know it is costly.

brenda,
PM me if you want the info on the master cleanse. Ii have the book and I could even try to scan it for you. It is basically lemon, cayenne pepper and black strap molasses.
I have not done it, but am thinking about it. I can DEFINITELY relate to the cost of this. My sister has even started picking up stuff at the health food store for me. Last time she came by with marshmallow root! I just spent $540 out of pocket to see an acupuncturist for 10 sessions-- ouch - money hurt more than the needles! But, I think it is helping my immune system. The reg docs were doing NOTHING. ok, they did have me on antibiotics and then antifungals.
I am thankful that I do not have a major problem with the bugs- just sores and other neuro stuff. The sores have made me crazy!
Linda
