But it comes back if you stop... There's got to be something that you can add to get better results. I hear you about the dripping, nastiness. I was that way, too. What a mess we are. I'm working on perfecting biofilm busters. I'll post if I have success.

Is GSE, grape seed extract? Is that taken internally or externally and what strength? I would see a little red spot here and there that looked like a pimple and I would immediately put triple antibiotic oinment on and with 2 or 3 days it was about completely healed. There's one spot on my forehead that seems to have a smooth bump under it. It doesn't seem to have been effected yet by the anti biotic so i'm wondering what else to try besides cetaphil anti-biotic face soap?
I saw Neutrogena with grape seed extract, but I don't think that's what you are referring too?

No, it's grapefruit seed extract and it does help. I don't know how much yet, but it's taken away the feeling of bugs on my face. We will see about the biofilm in a couple days, I guess.
