Default Regular sauna or far infared sauna

Hi
i searched to see if this info was already posted but I didn't see it so I wanted to ask if anyone has tried FIR sauna.

I have read about the benefits and I can't find user experiences even for just common skin ailments.

Do any of youse use either type of sauna? Results?

Purchased Dec 2010, I use one of those 225.00 box far infrared sauna with carbon walls and an additional a ceramic heater, came with a canvas beach chair and ION cleaner. I do see a difference. Especially if take ebsom salt bath one night then take a sauna and long shower the next day. But you have to work up to using the sauna for more than 10 min as at 1st as it took me awhile to be able to sweat. All your pores and sweat glands most likely are clogged. I now am in the sauna for 30 min doing a full sweat. It is a dry heat so all the stuff coming out is from me and not generated from the sauna.

There are some that say you should only use that expensive one, but this was better than not doing it at all.

Also I am 5'3 and bought a small one but my knees sometimes hit the front so I would recommend getting the bigger one if taller than 5'3

Buy the best thickest cushiest paper towels to put around your neck. I also bought some inexpensive towels to put over the seat, you could buy thin hand towels to put around your neck. When you get done, everything is soaked.

Drink alot of water or pure tea before during and after....

It is not a cure but will help pull the ones in the cutueanous layer out faster and complements your other treatments to degrade and purge the nanos.

Here's one of the main threads:
FarInfrared is the bomb as a treatment

FIR energy waves penetrate deep under the skin. I find combined with friction (vigorous rubbing of the skin), causes an outpouring of foreign matter.

I just use a portable FIR light after a salt shower. Raising the body temp seems to be a good thing. Excessive sweating I'm not sure about...can cause increased itching and maybe increase chance of re-infection??

I bought an infared sauna and the whole family loves it. It helps you sleep better, it relieves cold systems, aches and pains seem to recede, your skin is cleaned but does it get rid of Morgellons ? NO

Yes, saunas can help some issues all of us have such as the mentioned sweating out a cold, but it is not the cure for Morgellons some in the past here have insisted it is. That statement was usually coupled with insisting that they had the only magic sauna on the planet to effect a cure. LOL. Dream on...
