Default An update on my protocol and symptoms

Ive had a lot of people inquire on what protocol im doing and if certain things are still working for me, so i thought id write an update.

Its been bittersweet. I do think the moldstat works. Its has cut the lint by 85% in my house. The lint it hasnt gotten to is the laundry and in closets, drawers, etc. i cant use it in my laundry because i have a septic tank.

Ive also been taking the Chitosan for a week. Ive had the worst migraines this week, and i dont know if its a herx symptom or if im reacting to it. From what ive read, its supposed to help with herx, notcause it, so i laid off last night to see if my symptoms got better. They seem to be a little better.

The Chitosan did cut down on the itchiness i was experiencing and i did feel a lot less goo come out of my skin.

I have chemical sensitivity stemming from exposure to some nastyness before m came into my life, and a lot of these products are negatively affecting me. Ive had a tough week. One one side, ive seen the lint nearly disappear overnight. On the other ive made a trip to the ER and am still feeling bad. I still have chest pain and headaches.

I dont know what part in this the lint plays, other than being an annoyance. There is deffinitely something else flying around my house that hasnt been knocked out by the moldstat. I believe its the same thing im feeling on my face and arms. Theyre small, almost too small to see, and they can be brushed off but fly right back. This is what i consider M to be for me.

Thanks for the update Polly.

A must for me is using white vinegar spray in my environment (carpets, curtains etc) - it smells only until it dries and seems to stop a lot of issues for me. When I put my clothes in the tumble dryer I squirt vinegar a few times over the wet clothes which seems to help (ie - they don't make me itch).

Hope things start to improve for you

Jo

Time will tell how well all the stuff works for you, hope your issues diminish and stay diminished.

I use Phase II Enzymes you get at the janitors store for 18.00 a gallon and dilute it down. Smells lemony. Alot safer than Moldstat and melts protiens. It is meant as a carpet/laundry cleaner but I mop and spray my walls with it.

Default Cleaning Enzymes

I use Plus II Odor Spot Enzyme Disolver. I get it from Janitors World on Harry Hines in Dallas for 18.00 for the Gallon. (they have locations in other cities) They have a website that can ship it you but they only show the 16oz size for 5.65. It is double concentrated and can be used full strength or dilute it down.

Unbelievable!® Plus II™ Odor & Spot Remover - 16oz.

It disolves: Proteins, fat, grease, oils, starches and more

I have even put it in my bath water as it is way cheaper that Kleen Free or Ecovie but not sure if really as good for your skin, it does have a commercial deoderant in it.

Also if you use it on a spot on your carpet you might be forced to clean the whole thing. Great for pet stains.

I also put a cup in with my gentle wash cold water- no hot water or you will kill the enzymes

For warm & hot wash clothes I use Arm and Hammer with Oxy Clean
