| So I started some new steps to help stimulate my lymphatic system a few days ago, including some herbals and tea for the liver, exercises, massaging and deep breathing. I noticed that, instead of feeling better, I'm actually feeling a bit headachey, slight tenderness under the arms (lymph nodes), mucousy, and tired. Has anyone else experienced this type of thing after adding new treatments? |

| Hi.....I have experienced things getting worse before they get better. It's my belief that if you stimulate your lymphatic system, you're "loosening" or "awakening" the crud for your immune system to process. When I started an intense detox last April, I experienced an increase in most of my symptoms. |
