| daily: AM. take supplements: -probiotics -vitamin A -B complex -vitamin C -vitamin D3 -fish oil -gingko biloba -L cartinine -L glutamine -liver supplement -magnesium -msm -nac+ -zinc 1) Epsom salt bath 2/wk 2) vacuum 2/wk 3) wear asian house slippers at home (the ones w bumpy-spikes to promote circulation) 4) ionic pro air purifier (when sleeping) 5) shampoo- selsun blue (2/wk) tekkai (5/wk) conditioner- tekkai 6) laundry: walmart trashcan w a swivel lid (I put a garbage bag in there so I can just tie it up & carry it downstairs when I do laundry) 7) detergent: -1 cup dr bronners peppermint soap -1 cup baking soda -2 cups water ^store this in a container, use 1/3cup of mixture for each load puffy lesions: super poligrip denture cream (cover with bandaid for a few hours, remove bandaid and wash off with soap and loofa9) face: olay regenerist micropeel facewash spritz vitamin C toner after 10) SLEEP & REST. i spoke with a psychiatrist last month and told them I was stressed from my situation and having trouble sleeping and was prescribed Xanax. it puts me into a deep sleep. I don't want to become dependent on it for life so I'm doing it now until my health is more stable and then I'll try to veer over to herbal remedies to calm my nerves at night. 11) bedding: walmart/target - vinyl pillowcases & bedsheets 12) sauna/steam room- 2-3times/wk this has been working for me..ofcourse everyones bodies are different and have different needs but hopefully this helps someone. STRONGLY ADVISE: -talk to doctor about vitamin D level testing sleep forces your immune system to strengthen. your body has no choice but to eradicate what it can and adapt to new conditions when your immune system begins to build up. although we can't get rid of it completely, we can eradicate as much as possible. check out the POOR MAN'S PROTOCOL (google it) for supplement directions and testimonies -nac+ - Last edited by Revelations21_4; September 29th, 2011 at 06:14 AM.
