Sore gums and teeth?

Have any of you had a problem with sore gums and teeth? I don't think it is actually my teeth, but the morgs. What to do about it? Any suggestions? I am using salt water to rinse and listerine after brushing. I tried swishing silver in my mouth also. It seems to move from one area to another for the last week or so. GRRRR! Oh, and it is only on the side where I have a permanant bridge. It is the side I usually chew on of course! TIA for any help, DD

EUGENOL worked for me and it can be found at almost all grocery stores.It's the red cross toothache medicine.The m things came out from my gums after lots of pain for days.I took a pic if you wish to see what's in there.

Some folks have had success with coconut oil and water. Others used peroxide and salt. You may consider stopping all dairy products and sugar if you use them.
