Default Is fruit bad for morgellons

Hi Spots,

Fruit in general for so called "normal people" is good. However, I personally feel certain fruits are too sweet for us to consume, especially if having any candida issues. A small amount of dark berries seem to be the best option i.e. Blueberries, blackberries, logan berries etc. I began to introduce Water Melon, but have my doubts even about that, so refreshing but could have produced symptoms. Will try this again though, especially when weather is hot it is so tempting. My body seems to cry out for some fruit. I take pomegranate capsules, and will try Acai. But have you noticed that nearly all these kind of suppls contain sucrose or similar sweetener. The Pomegranate thankfully does not. Even garlic caps contain it. I havent found one garlic product yet that doesnt contain it. If anyone knows of a good supplement, sucrose etc free I would be most grateful to hear from you.
Thanks.

Cayly x

During this time of year there are wonderful fruits available. Try to shop at your local farmer's markets.

I have never had a candida/yeast issue... so my advice might not help. Maybe if you eat some walnuts along with the fruit it might balance things out.

itwl,

Default I eat tons of fruits and vegtables

Do you know, alot of vegtables are sweeter than fruits are. I know it does not seem that way but it is TRUE.

Fruits and Vegtables are complex sugars, complex sugurs have to be broken down to be absorbed.

Simple sugars, processed sugar is absorbed almost instantly, bread will break down into sugar in a heart beat, it will actually start breaking down right in the mouth from saliva.

Instead of cutting out fruits and vegtables cut out, bread, white rice, white sugar, anything made with flour.

NO CANDY GIRLS, LOL.

I know that your made of sugar and spice and chocolate but ya gotta stop!

My mother was a junk food junkie, she loved sweets, had to make her eat normal food.

You are so right Baraka. I stick to mostly fresh berries, pomegranates, cranberries and other low glycemic fruits and veggies. There should be a glycemic index of foods somewhere on the web. Eat from the foods with the lowest glycemic level.

It is best to pass up any supplements or yogurt with added sugar or artificial sugars like sucrose, aspartame (eats your brain), Equal, Sweet and Low ,Diet drinks, or anything ending in ose as well as maltodextrin, etc.

The best sugars are Stevia, a natural plant and Zylitol.

Cream of tartar and Pau d Arco help with Candida issues.

Hope this helps.
