i couldn't live without lidoderm lidocaine patches. made by endo. but if you have a funky dr. who thinks youre self mutilating, you"ll have to be crafty, trust me, i know, it's sad its like that, but we gots to get the job done...so the patches are for back aches, tell the doc you got room ma tiz or somehting, i' use my trick knee to get them. , i have to use them 24//7 or i would go insane from no sleep, and Pain. it says only wear them 12hrs., and then off 12, but i wear them nonstop. it is on top my head i have the monster on, i must wet the patch first, or it will stick too hard and hurt. if i have to put one on my arm, dont wet cause it will slide off. if pain is an issue for you, get the patches, blessed!!!relief!!!!they are expensive but like my poor peoples insurance pays for them, hope ya all can get some. good luck, my companions in this morgellons tribulation. my heart goes out to you all. sincerely, sabrina o.
