Here is what is working for me so far...............

Grape fruit extract liquid 2x daily 15 drops in water.
Alfalfa 4 crushed in pill crusher and sprinkled in bath.
Sugar not cheap twice daily will clear skin up.
Avoid aspartame in juice.
Drink filter water.
natural organic yogurt,
The Zapper,
Sudo cream( relieves symptoms for a good nights sleep)
1.5-3kg table salt in baths.

Great news with the zapper started using it today things are starting to improve for me already no symptoms all day the odd few come night time but nothing as intense.
