| Hi everyone, I know there is a lot of information and suggestions here on helping with the symptoms and possibly getting rid of this awful, crazy illness.... morgellons. What I am looking for is a time line so to speak, of what one should do first (if that matters) if you have morgellons. Maybe this doesnt make much sense, I don't know. I have read so many suggestions, etc., that it's almost been too much information. I should keep a journal probably. But if any of you wouldn't mind, would love to hear what you feel is the most important: Foods to eat Vitamins/supplements med's cleaning environment and if any one paticular action has priority over another. Thanks for the help, Ghettogirl |

| Hey Ghettogirl - I think the first number one thing to do would be to clean up the diet. Get on an anticandida diet (do the research - lots of info about this on the web). Cut out ALL sugars and heavy, processed carbs. Drink lots of filtered water and try to eat more whole, organic foods. This diet will help you regardless of what your main issues are (candida, fungus/mold, or bacteria overgrowth)...... Start with this, then also find some treatment baths to give you some relief.. (salt, baking soda, epsom salt, etc). then continue to do your research on vitamins/supplements, environment.. etc... This is an internal battle. Try to find a HOLISTIC doctor in your area that can help you figure out what issues you need to address (bacterial infections, gut dysbiosis, vitamin deficiencies, thyroid issues, viral overload, etc, etc.). |

| I'd add, find some way to get a good night's sleep and take naps, if you can. A lot of us are exhausted in the beginning from being crawly or stung when we should be asleep, being afraid to sleep because of the crawliness and stinging sensations, cleaning / bathing / washing clothes until the wee hours of the morning, etc. No rest equals a really screwed up immune response. Sleeping also allows you to dream and get rid of some of the awfulness you're carrying around during the day with this horror. And it makes a very effective escape, which we need. The process of coming to terms with what we've got is as horrifying as the disease itself. We're basically traumatized by it until we learn to cope. Rest - good sleep - is really important. If you need to get scrip or drink wine to do it, fine. |

| Hi Ghettogirl, Enzymes to spray all over your home, clothes, bedding, car, environment: Bug Arrest Bug Arrest or eco-vie. Personally, me going all crazy and cleaning my house all of the time did not help. There are a lot of chemicals in cleaning supplies. I think a good air filter helps. I have two ionic-pro air filters. (expensive!) This "M" comes from the inside of our bodies to the outside. Watch your diet. No fast food chains or processed foods. When you go grocery shopping look at the labels. If you can't pronounce or identify what is in the food, do not buy it! Preservatives are bad too... the longer the shelf life, the longer it will linger in your body. The only soap product/shampoo, in the bath, etc, that we have used for the past 3 years is Miracle II. Good product! Look at the ingredients in the products you buy. Again, the "M" feeds on toxins and additives. Also, we use 7th Generation laundry soap and Borax. So much info to share! No one has the "right" answers because we are all in different stages and sensitive to different toxins, overabundance of minerals, vitamins... Please don't go out and buy every supplement or vitamin, etc. because of what someone told you that it worked for her/him. What may work for someone else may not work for you. For instance, I read that most of us don't get enough selenium and I went to the the store and bought selenium supplements. Within one week I started having the worst cramping and back aches. It took me three or four months to realize that the selenium was feeding the "M". My body didn't need any more selenium! Food allergies are a key. Enough from me... ![]() In the white light, ~jonsi

| Itches and stings and bugs, 1 to ten lbs. of salt in a bath a day, thirty minutes to three hour soak, Bruising and red streaking same thing, followed by 4 one thoussand mg gel tabs of garlic pills a day (morning, lunch, supper and bed time for three months. Thymus tabs twice a day for three months. (Health food store). I had morges for three years and now am symptom free for almost 6 monthes, no more fibers, no more lessions (they were bad in scalp) no more itching and stings or bugs for the past year. No more harsh blue or red fibers. No more black specs. Thats how I beat it. And I still live in the same house. I,m not much into heavy cleaning of house. But do recomend it.
