 xx Oil Pulling Treatment xx Day2 of oil pulling..... I pull for 20-25 minutes each morning on a empty stomach, Oil pulling removes toxins from ones body. I use Organic Sunflower Oil, I can notice vibrant health already so happy. The white layer on my tongue I had all these years has disappeared whoop whoop. It will turn white at the end of oil pulling these are the toxins removed from the body.After my first oil pull yesterday I felt the wow factor. Empty mouth down the toilet for hygiene reasons.Remember though to always rinse your mouth with salt water then brush your teeth cause it can be toxic to ones body the toxins pulled from the body that is. xx.
