I have had the same experience using deodorized garlic gel caps...... the first time I did it I spent 2 hours on one large lesion and kept getting literally hundred upon hundreds of these tapioca sized white "balls" coming out. I feel you when you say you don't know how it could all fit in there! It just never stops coming out - it reduced the puffy look to the lesion and after about 3 sessions it is now starting to heal. It would come in layers - white things, then I would start getting black specs and black fibers (some of which were like an inch and a half long) then sometimes I would get these reddish/brown "balls" then back to white......so weird!!! I honestly can't imagine how many of these things are in my whole body - blows my mind!!!

Thank you soooo much for sharing your experiment with us, I'm going to try it right now to see if it's the same experience I was having with the garlic. I'll post back later tonight to let you know the results.

With your method do you get this white matter ect.... out on unbroken skin as well? I find with the garlic, it only works that good on open skin - I get stuff out on the rest of skin, but not near to that degree.

What type and brand of yogurt are you using (whole milk, lowfat, fat free, organic?) I just dried and ground a whole bunch of organic oregano that I grew so I'm going to try that as my spice.

I only had a couple minutes to do a quick try before work but in that 10 min. I could see how this is going to be very interesting I tried a spot on my arm that looks normal (back side of forearm right before the elbow - itchy there) what happened is that after about 30 sec. of rubbing and then rinsing, I notice a few red tiny dots that had a "texture" and what looks like a little fuzz. Grabbed my tweezers and just pulled it off and it was still half in my skin - pulled it all the way out and looked under mag. - it looked like really thin hair with goo all over it......YUCK!

This is really good - I'm home from work now and just got everything together......gonna take a really hot shower and then try it again but do it for a lot longer. I'm trying a variety of the following for my scrub:
tumeric powder
fresh coffee grinds (ground to a powder)
sea salt (ground to a powder)
activated charcoal powder

I mixed my clay with castor oil but also going to try coconut as well as the garlic gel.

I'm really excited and will definitely post my results - thanks again, it would be really nice to feel smooth and soft again. Hope you are feeling better and this is still helping your skin improve

Tea tree baths! Add some epson salt too. Be generous with teetree, but a word of warning. At first it will burn, so don't make the water too hot and dont put a lot in. Make the water warm and put 10 droiplets and see if your body burns after 15 minutes. If not, add 15 more, or more... At first when I got the disease a little burned and all wierd stuff come out in the tub and now a lot of teatree doesnt burn but I am much butter.... Teatree is great!

Hi Dzana - how long do you get before the biofilm comes back with this regime?

U reckon it will help with loss of hair?

No the biofilm is not all over me - it is only on my face and scalp which is strange. I also know what you mean about getting hair in places you never had before.

I am loosing ALOT of hair everyday at the minute to the point where ive gone from the thickest hair i know to the appearance of a balding man in the space of 4 months, im sure its morgs on scalp which is the problem which is why i am interested in whether your method is good at removing (more of) them for good/longer than mine.

I use tea tree oil alot to remove it and keep my hair clean.

In answer to your questions;
- yes i feel small bumps on my scalp
- yes i have white specs in hair
- yes the biofilm goes all over my hair and makes it feel very strange indeed - not sure dusty web would come to mind as an analogy though.

I just need something to break down the biofilm on my face/scalp for longer than the hour or so im getting at the moment.

I know biofilm originates from within - taking pro-biotics, alot of vitamins etc, drink a lot of green tea, eat alot of spices but definately have had biofilm in guts for years - i still need a definite daily intake regime of things that are going to target morgs from the inside too though.
