Hello, Some of you will know my love of using green tea to liberate skin from small cigar shaped larvae: Green tea reduces the itch I'm finding coffee grounds do a similar job and make hair squeeky clean, soft and shiney. ALSO (3 days later), its cut down the white debris from my skin to nearly ZERO (and I wear black thermals all day to monitor this stuff). So, here's what I did as initial tester: 1) briefly soaked hands in bowel of warm water and dish soap 2) massaged on freshly used coffee grounds, thoroughly 3) dunked hands back in water ..... big out pouring ![]() repeated via baths. Process barely stained skin or hair and grounds were surprisingly easy to wash out of hair. Finish off with conditioner. Anyone wanna see what they fink??? I'm not the only one rubbing coffee in dare skin!!! Dont Throw Away Your Coffee Grounds! Jo xxxx

Jo, Are you sure the small cigar shaped larvae is larvae ? There is a fungus I read about on fungusdoctor that creates cigar shaped fungus. I get those. The fungus cream I use on the lesions help dry them up and black/brown debris comes out in different shapes including the cigar shaped.

| Jo, Wonder if we just brewed up a couple of pots of coffee and put the coffee straight into the tub if it would be less messy! Add some MSM and Salt ![]() Can you mix MSM with SALT?

I use coffee grounds in my compost and just added a mixture with it included to feed my hydrangeas (to get true color) which love the acid. If it kills it, I drink enough coffee (to try and stay alert) for all of them to be dead by now. Just want to add that I recently starting using "Sodium Percarbonate FB" (peroxide in a dry form) added to Borax and washing soda. This has removed the white film/web like stuff from my skin. I give myself a sponge bath with this before showering. It is relatively inexpensive and cheaper in the long run than buying bottles of peroxide which is not as strong. I have started using a small amount and will gradually increase to see how my skin can tolerate it. I have heard that too much can burn the skin. I had started making homemade stuff some time ago and actually recently purchased it to remove the soot from my deck (much cheaper than deck wash). Can also be used in the laundry, dishwasher, soapmaking, etc.

Coffee grounds are meant to be good for compost Dove, good idea. I use washing soda in laundry and think its fab. Maybe i'm stopping my skin from turning into compost?! Dzana, I'm using them after making coffee, so used grounds. Do the hands thing to try it maybe.... I'd love some feedback! Bee, attached is another of my cigars. Jo xxx
