Salt scrub for scalp

Hello everyone,

I'm not having any luck with controlling these things under my scalp. I'm combing them out everyday, and they look like spores. I read on some post that someone did a scalp scrub with salt, probably really easy, do I just put regular table salt in my hair and scrub? I've applied GSE directly on my scalp, makes the things run, but it doesn't burn me at all. DE "freezes" them for a few hours, but that's it. Has anyone else combed what looks like "spores" out of their hair? I'm not good with my new camera yet, but some of them look like and feel like hard white balls with wispy white attachments. So tired of them...

Love that name...
I had good results with a salt rub... basically a handful of half epsom salt and half baking soda... mixed with just enough vinegar to make it pasty(foamy) and i sometimes add a drop or two of a good essential oil (lavender or I think Cyn used cinnamon.) Put on scalp but avoid getting it in your eyes.
I would do it in the tub while soaking and leave it for 15 - 20 minutes.... rubbing it lightly.... Works for me.
