| Caffeine Kills Insects, Scientist Says | The Harvard Crimson Very interesting.... No wonder why the "Morgone" Has helped me. Boiled some coffee strained it and added a bit of MSM powder. This might be the perfect alternative if you don't want gel in your hair.

| Hi Fracty, I was already thinking of that lol Hmmm only dark clothes I suppose unless I can get some non coffee caffeine lol Also came across articles about using it as a insect repellent. Funny one of the things mentioned was have you ever seen a dead bug in your coffee and you know what I haven't never really thought about it.

| i wonder if u just add a cup of coffe crystals to the laundry if the potency would be enough? The article sounded as if the potency had to b strong. Maybe if u soak it?..... So we look dingy. Better than looking wormy. And bitey. ![]() |

| Fracty, Good question but I have read that coffee can harbor mold and I have seen how quick it grows if you forget the filter in the coffee pot so I was thinking boiling first would be wise ![]()

| Here's a source to buy caffeine powder which seems to be pretty expensive. This must be how they make those popular extra caffeine "energy" drinks: Caffeine and Bulk Pure Caffeine Powder This site also sells caffeine powder and has a long discussion of how what it is, why people use it, effects on the body, cautions etc: Bulk Caffeine Powder

| I know there is a well known cancer doctor who uses alternative treatments by the name of Nicolas Gonzalez in NYC. Here's a pretty decent write up of coffee enemas with a lot of additional links at the bottom of the page, including one link to people who discuss their experiences using coffee enemas. I have never used them myself as I am on herbs which are cleansing this area of the body. Dr. Gonzalez was featured in some articles in the Townsend Letter: Coffee Enema: Liver Cleanse Extraordinaire
