Default Inflammation Causes the Anxiety / Brain Fog of Morgs?

A lot of the psychological symptoms caused by the Morgellon's pathogen resemble some aspects autism: the intense anxiety states, brain fog, and cognitive problems.

In autism, these symptoms are often caused by what is called NF KAPPA-B inflammation in the brain. Inflammation can often do more harm than the pathogen itself!

Could these same anxiety/brain fog symptoms in Morgellons also be caused by NF KAPPA-B inflammation in the brain? Sometimes viruses, bacteria, etc, will trigger excessive inflammatory responses.

By lowering this inflammation, you may significantly improve the anxiety states and brain fog.

One outstanding herb for tackling NF KAPPA-B inflammation is CURCUMIN. Curcumin is often used with great success to treat inflammation in autism, and many other diseases.

You would need to take curcumin at a dose of 500 mg to 1000 mg, every six hours. That is, one curcumin capsule at breakfast, one at lunch, one at supper time, and one before bed.

You need to take curcumin every 6 hours because curcumin leaves the body very quickly (its blood plasma half-life is 3 to 6 hours).

Within 2 days, you should notice improvements, if this works.

Yes indeed, and there are hundreds of diseases in which inflammation pays a major role. Each of these diseases is probably caused by some hidden microbial infection, but paradoxically, it is the over-active inflammatory response of the body to this microbial infection that causes most of the symptoms of the disease.

This may also be true in Morgs.

I had severe anxiety and brain fog myself, and curcumin really worked for me. Also, the pressure in my head and sinuses has mostly gone after curcumin. I think this pressure was due to the inflammation.

but I cannot survive if the mental deterioration continues.

If one cannot think ..or read..or learn..how can one escape this closing trap>?

ok..gonna ramp up the curcumin use again..was doing..3 gms a day..more or
less..as recently as a year ago..

The secret here is to take your curcumin in divided doses four times a day. If you take it all at once, you will stop the inflammation for only a small part of the day (say 6 to 8 hours after consumption). But if you take divided dose, you get 24 hour protection.

It may not necessarily be NF KAPPA-B at work in Morgs.

There are also other inflammatory mechanisms that can cause harm, such as: COX-2 inflammation, TNF-alpha inflammation, and 5-LOX inflammation, in addition to NF KAPPA-B inflammation.

Here are some herbal treatments for these various different types of inflammation that can occur in diseases:

SO you may have to find which type of inflammation(s) are present by herbal trial and error.

NF kappa-B Inhibitor herbs:

Curcumin (very potent)
Black Seed Oil (Nigella sativa)
Milk Thistle
Allicin
Resveratrol


Potent COX-2 inhibitor herbs:

Rosemary 1000 mg
Curcumin 1000 mg
Holy Basil 1000 mg
Bee Propolis 1000 mg
Terminalia Chebula 1000 mg
EGCG Green Tea Extract 300 mg
Boswellia Serrata Extract 300 mg


Potent COX-2 inhibitor essential oils:

Thyme 2 drops
Clove 2 drops
Oregano 2 drops


TNF-Alpha inhibitor herbs:

Cat's Claw
5-Loxin extract from Boswellia Serrata

You might be thinking what does Anxiety have to do with Morgellons? Well, for me, it was one of the worse aspects and I think anxiety can cause a tremendous amount of damage to the body. Since the onset of Morgellons I experienced terrible anxiety. It was so bad I suffered from panic attacks and my muscles were so tense in my neck, jaw, and back, everything would hurt. I would catch myself so tense that my body was just absolutely rigid. Waves of impending doom would come over me that were so terrible I would have to leave work. It’s tested for heavy metals and traceable from the fishermen to the production process. It turns out fish oil helps many who suffer from anxiety. However, the benefits for the heart are also well known and probably more importantly is it’s ability to control inflammation which I think is rampant throughout the body of a Morgellons sufferer. Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) is the primary structural component of brain tissue. DHA from omega 3 fish oil has an effect in reducing COX-2 mediated inflammation.
