I agree Zara, I think they probably were very dark brown. Did yours ever move? Mine did, which is why I wonder if they were a burrowing insect, at least in my case. I scared them out once when I was using one of my cancer creams on a brown spot. It started itching fiercely and all these critters came out and were moving all over, just like tiny insects. I will ever know now, as to this day I remain microscopeless and hopefully small dot free. LOL.

Its a mold test kit sold at Home Depot. They sell other kinds of kits too. But you send the samples to a lab in Florida. Home Depot itself does not do them.

well, i wrote the dr s, and one of her people wrote me back. they said they are NOT medical doctors and are NOT claiming to 'cure' anybody.
i wrote them back with a bunch of questions like , how is her detox different than the one i can get at costco? what kind of actual test does she do to confirm this would be morgellons? and how did happen to come across this, did she know it was morgellons? question like that. so ill wait for a response if i get one back... but her own people just said they are NOT MEDICAL DOCTORS AND DO NOT CLAIM TO BE... that was my first question, if she is board certified...lol

Dr. Staninger is a genuine healer. I don't understand what she does but I know that she has fundamentally changed my life in 2 months. I stopped questioning her intelligence after six weeks when I realized that everything she has told me has been spot on. They are helpful, caring very busy people.
Go with your own flow, but I am glad that I stopped fighting my "this can't be true" thoughts and followed my instincts.
Yes, it costs money... like we haven't all cabinets of vitamins/colloidal silver/DE etc. wasting away.
Instead of dissing her protocol, realize that she is giving away the commonalities of what she has learned as a vast generalization so far.
The personal interaction has been well worth it, she is giving me back my mojo.....
you?
I wish the best to everyone, I pray for us all every day.
I never thought I would get here, but I actually feel pretty good.

I was ready to hang it up.

Think what you wish but I hope to meet this lady in life before I meet her in heaven.
God Bless us all.

Default black specks

When the black specks appeared (5 years ago) I looked at them under a magnifying glass. They were a tightly wound, ugly deep green fibers. I experienced biting sensations and that's how I discovered the "black" specks. Soon after I found glitter coming out of my skin too.

Homeopathic/natural medicine helped me.

Itwl,

how can i post the emails ( between her and i ) onto this board so you all can read? its quite intersting, bottom line, i dont trust her at all...she has a 'former patient' as her voice, i asked her if the doc knows shes representing her, and how much did the dr charge her to 'fix' her and is she being paid now? that kind of thing.
id love to post the emails here, but i dont know how

I just wanted you to know, that although I haven't followed Dr. S's protocol, I *did* buy her 2 soap combo (and then found websites for cheaper prices), but let me tell you: I got my black specks tested and found out that it is a cladosporium infection in my pores, when makes sense because at the time I was really ill, I found lots of black mold breeding in my showerheads ..
Thanks for this great info GiGi. I actually have not had any of the black things for a longggggg time. I do sometimes still have little, white things. But no more of the grey or black stuff. Do you think it would still help me? I don't have pimples, rashes, nothing... but I want to be sure anything that is underneath gets out.

It's funny because I was so set to buy that stuff when I went to Dr S's office. But the girl there seemed to think it was not right for me.

I was also going to get the Oxygenated Coconut Oil, but they were out. I got one of the other ones, but I haven't noticed the dramatic difference using it in the sauna. How thick of a layer do you put on? Maybe i just got those types of things out already from all of the salt baths I used to take. I'm really not sure.

Either way I think Dr S's methods are very good. I've talked to a lot of ppl who said they were healed in some cases, or greatly helped by her. I've also seen before and after pics.

No matter what causes this detoxing can only help. I keep recommending someone who uses similar strategies to Dr S. That person is Brenda Watson - also a detox specialist. In conjunction w whatever you are doing you can read her books (get them free at the library), and even call her free help line if you are doing her detoxes. She does not focus on Morgellons, but her strategies would still work for us.

In her book Detox Strategy she gives s huge list of labs that will do just about any type of detox related test you could want. (THe Home Depot one soudns great for the mold.)

I haven't seen Dr S personally, but I wish I had just seen her wehn all this started. I think in the long run it would have cost me WAY less, and maybe I would have gotten better even faster.

Instead I had to muddle through on my own, and wasted SOO MUCH money. But I was lucky enough that the things I tried worked.

I still plan on seeing her eventually. I want her to kind of double check that I am back to normal and healed.

Lots of ppl here been under her care, including ChatCat and SadSack.

The detox books I keep reading all back up everything she says as far as how to heal. Even if her theory about what this is is wrong, her methods have a lot of support in the detox community.

But , like I said, I was skeptical of her at first, so did not see her - even tho I came close. Knowing what I know now, I wish I had just cut to the chase and seen her first thing.

Fracty - I'm not sure if it will help you. Do you know if you have any biofilm-like substance on your skin? When I take baths and soak my skin, I can scrape off this white, filmy substance.. it's one of the first things I noticed that was weird when I got really sick. It's a film that fungi (or bacteria) can produce.
If you do not have this problem, maybe it isn't for you, but I didn't realize all of the stuff I had still sitting in my skin until I used it. I only ordered 1 funga and endure soaps each JUST to try it and see what would happen.. then I ordered more off other websites which were cheaper when I decided it would work for me.

The oxygenated oil.. I do not put a thick layer.. I think it is more important to spend some time rubbing it in to try to get it deeper into the pores. Then, the sauna will help open the pores. While I"m in there, I spend time rubbing in the oils more on the skin, and it really helps get more stuff out.

I think you mentioned Brenda's name before, and I'm interested in reading up more about her. Thanks!
