Does FAR Infrared treatment really help?

That is part of I suspect is happening SeaSprite.

It's weird what you say about hte grains. When I first got hot in there I had "stuff" coming off.. but logically, it must be the dead skin. However, some of the skin SEEMS to have tiny worms in it. I'm NOT sure. And I like to be VERY careful before I decide things like that for sure.

But, they look like they must be worms and not skin. I just don't know. Then I have had some things pushing out of my skin during the sauna. I've had that happen before, and always as a result of a new drug or treatment I was trying.

With the sauna tho, it seems I have to pull them out w the tweezers or they stay halfway in.

I do think part of my problem is a herx reaction from releasing toxins. I am reading the BEST book, "The Detox Strategy" by Brenda Watson. When I finish it I plan on starting a thread about that book. I think the ideas in there are so AMAZINGLY helpful for any of us.

Even tho I do not see dramatic results, if I had to decide again I would STILL get the sauna, even tho it was money I do not have, and I dont know how I will manage. i do think it will help. And Sonny, the owner of MPS was so great and helpful to me!!!

I didn't know it raised the core body temp.
I've only been dealing with this for two months, but a few weeks into it, I went out and got a digital thermometer.

I was very surprised to find my body temp around 97.4-97.8 degree range and 96 degrees in the morning. I'm generally a 98.6 kind of gal. Anybody else notice temperature changes?

If nothing else, I can use it as a heating pad at night. I wake up cold most nights.

You are so right Zara. when this fisrt started w me, I gave my doctor a research article about M. He had never heard of it and of course thought I was sane. He even requested I send the article.

But it was obvious he had never read it, because even tho I had the low fever and the weight gain that was mentioned as typical in the article, he said I should have a high fever and weight loss, and since I did not I was crazy. Obviously he did not read the research article. He only looked at his online med info, which of course is biased and wrong. and since I said I had M, he THEN decided I was crazy. (He did not think that at all until I mentioned the M word, AND he researched what dermatologists and various ohter pseudo professionals said about M online.)

hey Fracty, they r worms in my case there r layers and layers of them - when I apply kefir with neem oil in it all over me i can exfoliate and and see them - litlle tiny white nasties and they r in the mouth as well so they form so call fungal network or such

Now back to the topic of FIR heat therapy…
You may use as much as you want of FIR heat therapy, but do watch for signs of toxicological symptoms that may occur due to the detoxification process and removal of hazardous materials/nano microbic materials from the body. (Keep your kidneys clean and supported well). FIR will induce a fever when a 1 degree change in temperature occurs within the body mass. (this may not be generated as easily with the pad)
This will allow the body to attack any infectious material, foreign invader (chemicals), biofilms, nano microbic material and biomaterials. The melting point of many chemicals is greater than the body, but FIR creates temperatures that are RADIANT HEAT (cold heat) and will not burn the skin just push out foreign matter. FIR accelerates your internal regeneration of cells and the removal of superoxide molecules and toxins.
Dr. Hildy also recommends using Aztec Green Clay or an oxygenated organic coconut or olive oil on your problem areas. Place on any lesion, cut or wound and when used with FIR heat it will accelerate cellular repair and scars will disappear.
Even spraying willard water or another skin food product on affected areas will increase benefits.
Use the heating pad with a castor oil treatment to target areas like the kidneys and liver. Saturate a flannel cloth with castor oil to wrap the area you want to target. This gets messy so be sure to have a towel to protect furniture or bedding. Apply FIR heat for one hour to balance the positive and negative charges of your cells.
To close, here are a couple of totally interesting tidbits:
1. FIR therapy will accelerate bone repair of a broken bone in half the time of normal healing.
2. FIR technology can penetrate through 2 feet of concrete. This means you can place a FIR heating pad under your bed and it will still produce the detox benefits.
3. FIR sauna therapy stimulates your circulatory system like aerobic exercise does without actually working out.
