Default weight loss

I think I gained about 50 pounds due to this, and I can't get rid of it. Is there an easy way for us to lose weight we may have gained from this?

Me too Dave! I look like a freakish monster!!! raaarrrrrrr!

I read in one study the average M weight gain is something like 30 or 40 pounds, but like you I gained more.

Mine is starting to go back to normal now. In my case, it appears the M totally changed my endocrine system. I grew HAIR on my forehead, temples, cheeks, and neck, and gained a billion pounds.

I finally found out at the $500 dollar a visit private doctor that among other things my thyroid was not working properly. I had no iodine at all. He had me start taking Iodoral which is helping LOTS.

Also, I think once I get my FIR sauna it will detoxx me enough to get off all the extra weight and go back to normal. Toxins bind w fat. As we release the toxins it is easier to release the fat.

So, all I know so far is get yoru thyroid and iodine checked if possible. (I think most doctors dont know about the iodine thing. I'm not sure.) And keep trying to detox.

Question weight gain

I thought I was the only one that had gained weight from this. Of course I didn't know that is why I was gaining weight that I can't seem to lose. I have tried counting calories etc. but I am not winning this war. I tried to blame it on getting older, but this doesn't seem normal. It just won't budge. What do we do? anyone with answers?

I know some of you have lost weight since getting morgs, I wonder what the difference is? DD

Hey Diz~~~

I think some of us had our thyroid affected to either hypo or hyper thyroidism. I agree with Fracty that iodine might be key.

I also know that I gained abdominal weight for the first time in my life and I attribute that to candida and will let you know if my anti-candida therapy makes a difference.

Finally, due to my chronic fatigue and depression I didn't exercise (walk or anything) all that much or long for a few years, so that really makes a difference.

I'm also going to start lifting weights again (only dumbells) because the more muscle mass you have, the more you can metabolize the calories (which is why men can loose weight faster than women) plus weight lifting prevents diminished growth hormone production as we get older (use it or lose it).

Finally, water intake is crucial to any weight loss attempt.

Kritts, I think I have tried every diet known to man. LOL! I do know that water is essentail to weight lose, and that I don't drink nearly enough. I could probably quote you the calorie content of most foods from memory (that is if I still had a memory). Tried low carb...ERK! I think calorie counting is probably better. And yep I got the big belly too. That seemed to happen over night! My pants were suddenly tight in the waist and I did notice my stomach was extended. I couldn't believe how fast that happened and didn't go away. It was in my way! I had never had much of a stomach and there this thing was! I have always been small waisted so that was something I had to get used to.

We certainly have to adjust to a lot of things don't we? XO DD

I know my thyroid issues happened 100% from this M, as did all the toehr weird things that are starting to pop up - "sure! I'm suddenly magically sick w all these things." NOT

I do believe it changes the endocrine system in all of us throwing our body into haywire.

Iodoral might not work for eveyone because it could affect your hormones in different ways, but it really seems to throw things off.

There will always be the exceptions, but in almost all cases of M ppl gani weight, making doctors even less likely to take us seriously. Also, if you start noticing you will find the temperature of almost all of us will be just below normal. Additionally, check your pulse rate it will be up (the things speed it up for some reason). And your breathing will be faster.

The breathing one is a weird one. Parasites actually increase respiratory and related functions in the host. (Maybe this is only nano-para-bots, but still.) first, I did not realize my breath had increased until a healer friend was giving me a massage and pointed it out. Before I tended to breath much slower than average. I do a great deal of meditation and breath work, but it was funny how it slipped up on me without noticing so much at first.

About the weight loss, not all doctors will agree, but many of the top nutritionists will tell you that detox affects weight. The fat literally binds w the toxins. I think for all of us as we get toxins out the fat will release as well. That is why certain detoxes make you lose weight and one of the reasons FIR saunas help you lose weight. Even in milk, most of the toxins are in the fat weirdly enough. If you are carrying lots of toxins it's super hard to lose weight until you release the toxins.

But even if we detox we still have to find some way to heal the endocrine system and get our bodies and hormones back to normal so we can be like before. I am hoping as I detox more and more those things will start repairing themselves.

For now I just TRY to think of this as a fun experiment of what it feels like to be fat and ugly. You can really value the ones who are nice to you even when you look like a giant baked potatoe, ya know.

Diz...

I'm NOT getting used to this fat gut...EVER!

No sirreeebob....

Even if having a larger waist makes my butt look smaller in proportion...

Fracty,

I agree that the detox is needed as well so I'm gonna work on that.

I wonder what people did before doctors and before alternative medicine also became sort of a science. I know...I'll answer my own question. They didn't have to worry because the world then wasn't a toxic-filled, unhealthy place then.

Default Weight Gain

Morgellons made it even harder than normal to maintain my proper weight. Part of the problem is that taking my diet pills -- diethylproprion -- seemed to feed the Morgellons and make it expand explosively. Also taking a tiny dose of Ambien to sleep at night (when I was super hungry) also greatly interfered with my immune system's ability to fight the Morgellons while I slept.

At times I was down to 400 calories a day in an attempt to lose weight. I have a compromised immune system due to my metabolic disorder (which causes me to gain weight if I eat over 1000 calories a day). I had an extremely low metabolic weight long before I discovered diet pills.

Morgellons also kept me from taking clenbuterol or thyroid to lose weight. The stuff made my scalp explode with more infection and hair loss (with just one pill of either).

It was hell -- although today, after 10 months, I am close to done with the Morgellons and only a pound overweight.

I highly recommend "The Beverly Hills Diet" for weight loss. It came out in paperback form about a generation ago. The first day is just raw pineapple all day (as much as one wants). You can drink water or diet soda. Then at night, you wait two hours after eating the last piece of pineapple, then have two bananas and go to sleep. You can't eat anything else or you ruin the diet's effect.

The idea behind "The Beverly Hills Diet" is "conscious combining" of raw foods that help digest the fat in the body (such as fruit acids). I'm very aware that whenever my body digest fats it releases toxins. I have mercury heavy metal poisoning (from swordfish, thimerosol, etc.)

Good luck. This is an evil thinking parasite.

All... I lost instead of gained .. but I believe it had to do with switching to the anti-candida diet.. my body missed all of the sugar and carbs...

I read in a few places that mold sickness causes weight gain, and since this disease has a large fungal component.. it seems to make sense.

A couple of websites:

symptoms
One symptom=Sudden weight changes (Detoxifier genotypes tend to gain weight, non-detoxifier genotypes tend to lose weight)

Mold Misery - The Symptoms - Aesthetic Issues: Odor and Skin

and many more.. just something to think about...

Congratulations Kira!! when I get a juicer I am going to do raw pineapple too. I know it has wonderful enzymes among other things and parasites hate it! Pineapple before bed seems like it would be particularly helpful.

GiGi,
probably the mold also affected my weight gain. In my case too though, it really made WEIRD things happen to my body. HAIR GROWING OUT OF THE MIDDLE OF MY FOREHEAD!!! lol.

Also, in my case it somehow did change the endocrine system, like it was trying to take over my body, and all this messed up my thyroid. I never had problems like that before.
