 cocoa I've found that taking a cocoa/cacao supplement like this helped relieve irritable bowel symptoms: Cacao supplement catechins, epicatechin, theobromine I think it might be the chemical theobromine found in cocoa. The only annoyance is that you almost certainly have to get the supplement thru mail-order.  |
