| Ideally, you will have clean sheets every night. But, if for some reason you have to reuse sheets, I've found that flipping the pillow over helps a bit. I'm guessing the bottom part of the pillow is less infested, so it's better for your head to contact it. I think it can give a better night's sleep and possibly save you from waking up with a headache. |

| Hi Dave, I washed my pillow and dried it well in the dryer. Your pillow will have to be the washable kind. Then I put it 2 plastic bags. If you do this you have to smash the pillow to get all of air out while it is in the bag and before you let it loose, tape the bag well so that the air does not return. Otherwise, it is like trying to sleep on a plastic bag filled with air. Hope this helps. |
