Has anyone tried mineral water?

I drank some Perrier today, and I think some of the tenderness in my abdomen went away.

Also, I drank some Pellegrino last night, and I think it helped. I woke up and heard my stomach making digestive gurgling sounds, which I think is a good sign. It rarely does that.

I may be wrong, but it sounds like the stomach issue you have is a secondary complication of some type. Maybe you have a common intestinal infection like Guardia, etc.

Initially, I took months of anti-parasitics for that type of thing and it helped immensely. So that might be something for you to investigate.

On the other hand, maybe most of the ppl here are having stomach problems and I am just the exception.

Try organic kefir... It is a yogurt like drink with probiotics.
