Default brushing your teeth

What do you guys do about brushing your teeth?

I always feel lousy after conventional brushing. Maybe my toothbrush or toothpaste get infested with morgs.

Or, maybe there is some chemical in conventional toothpaste (fluoride?) that is making me feel bad.

I use regular toothpaste and a battery operated brush.

If you think your brush is infected try putting drops of GSE (grapefruit seed extract) on it after each use.

If you think the paste is bothering you, try experimenting with baking soda and water, and try some of the holistic health brands you can get at places like Whole Foods or some health food stores.

Infectinos in teeth are always associated w infections in other parts of teh body so try to keep the teeth and gums healthy. You might also try the Gold Listerine as a mouth wash. For me - since I have had teh M - only the gold kindd works. It literally dislodges "junk" from my throat when I gargle w it. (The other colors don't work.)

Daveaple,

You definitely have to pay attention to your teeth and gums. Do a search and you will see we have many posts about this here. You should constantly sterilize your brush or get new ones. I use baking soda and peroxide and I also have toothpaste from whole foods that has tea tree oil in it. also I purchased a mouthwash from Marc Neuman that is wonderful. these things hide in our gums and teeth roots and it's all related to the sinuses.

Chewing on cloves is also good. LC mentioned another thing to chew and maybe she'll post it which is also good. (sorry, can't remember).

GUMS

The most useful remedy for sore, inflamed gums is tincture of Myrrh, which should be massaged throughly with the fingertip into the gums each day. It has an astringent and anti-bacterial action, and regular use will strenghtn the gums. It can slo be used on mouth ulcers.
