borax baths

Has anyone tried taking a bath with 1/4 cup or so of borax in it?

I tried it, and it was very soothing to my skin. It was almost like a skin massage.

I think it helped a lot too - I took a nap afterwards and felt half-decent upon waking up, which is now a rarity.

I've read about them before. Question, did you put you head under the water? I always worry about the eyes and ears when it comes to new bath ideas.

No, I just sat in it for right now.

My head usually gets very itchy if I put it under water during a bath.
