Those taking Cell Food, Cell Power etc.

I was just wondering if this causes severe water retention in anyone else. Since I started it I mysteriously put on 4 pounds, my urine output is a lot less and I feel and look bloated. I was wondering if this is typical. I can deal with it except for the fact I attend a weight loss center and dread getting on the scale and answering for it LOL. I know it contains a lot of electrolytes, so I am guessing that its causing me to hold on to water more? I also experienced this with a product used to alkalize the body and Cell Power says it does that as well. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this?

I have to say I feel better taking it. I rubbed it on my face and although it burned a bit (undiluted) it drew some specks out of a few little bumps I have on my face that had been there a while. I also read it helps with burns and other skin irritations and I was amazed it helped. The other night I burned my hand on a waffle iron. I put cold water on it but didn't get much relief. I put Cell Power on it and the next day it looked like a burn mark but had absolutely no pain.
