FarInfrared is the bomb as a treatment

As a desperate attempt to control this, I went out and bought a portable far infrared unit aprx. 4 years ago.

Here in Canada you can purchase them for about $900.00CAD. I use it quite often and it always amazes me how well I feel after using the sauna.

I put a white towel down on the chair and after my 15 minute session. The sweat that lands on the towel is grey. I read that this is from the silicone build-up that "M" creates as a bi-product?

I also do bikram yoga (Hot yoga) 4-5 times a week which really helps flush the toxins out and "M" out.

FarInfrared tx or purchasing a unit is worth it. It has really helped keep the crawling/biting sensations at bay.

That's good to hear Love4Life.

I think it is going to take a while before I notice a difference w the large FIR sauna. I do think it will work, but for whatever reason I have not noticed the dramatic results I was expecting.

On the other hand I think it is too soon and I am still detoxing from the sauna. I plan on reporting as soon as I feel it is really "kicking in."

I already got rid of most of the itching (before the sauna). I did have it on my head sometimes, but lately not there either. I do have itching if the Ms are in my clothes. The last load I did somehow got everything reinfected; so before wearing the itchy things I am soaking them in disinfectant and air drying.

I actually wondered if the sauna could get the Ms out of my clothes. But it doesn't seem that will work.

BTW, I was considering doing Bikram as well. But now that I have the sauna I will stay w just my regular yoga, however I have room in there to try a few (not all) of the poses.
