Default skin still driving me crazy

I have been doing all the steps for almost two weeks now, and it is helping. I have never had the dark splinter things for this long in the past. I have been dealing with this since September. I thought I was at the end of my rope yesterday, my legs would not stop stinging. I was trying to remember what I did in the past to help myself. I made an oatmeal paste with sea salts. I put this all over legs and it stung for a few minutes and then formed a sealed layer and all of the black spots and things came to the surface and I later rinsed away. I slept with the paste on and I am doing much better today. I am sharing this because this has saved my sanity. I do not have big sores just lots of little ones and over the last two weeks they keep coming to the surface. They feel like bee stingers and the long ones look like little wires with pin head. I put boiled water over oatmeal and add sea salt to make paste and smear over area to let dry.
It is now the end of April I have followed the treatment steps and advice offered by many. My legs are healed and look better than they have in years. Thank you bubba and all who have helped me get through this.

Hi Michelle, I'm so sorry that you're going through this. Some of the things I've used when my skin was really painful: Neosporin with Pain Relief ointment, diaper cream with zinc and good old Vaseline. There have been times quite recently when any kind of lotion, Eco-Vie or vinegar hurt so much that I could only tolerate these three things. Hope you're feeling better SOON!

I have been doing the oatmeal paste for two nights now I sleep with it on. It seems to bring them to the surface and trap them in it. It stung for a minute or two and then was very soothing. an area like ankle starts sprouting after getting damp or from lotion. These sting and the intensity grows until they are pulled out. I use the vinegar salt water on legs all day and they were still growing. The vinegar salt water has been a life saver on my scalp and the middle of my back. I bought the Amlactin cream and used in the beginning and still do on feet. From the knees to the ankles are very bad they are like small scabs and the skin is soft and peely like it is dissintegrating so I was afraid to put amlactin cream on those spots. I have ordered the ecovie and am waiting. After rinsing oatmeal off I have used olive oil to replenish my skin and the skin is not so dry and seems to have healed with out the peeling. I dont seem to have as many splinter looking things under my skin. I have found my skin can change and go through different stages through out the day. Thank you all for your encouragement and support.

It has been weeks and I took antibiotics for ten days for a skin infection down in the derma layer of my skin. My legs are almost better, they still have bumps with what looks like black heads. But they are not itching and new sores are not forming. I should be grateful I do not have the hairs coming out feeling like glass shards or wire anymore. I was so tired last night I fell asleep on couch and went to bed without washing my hair. This is the first time I have not washed my hair in over a month I awoke at 3:30 in the morning to my head itching like crazy. I did spray with ecovie and was so tired I eventually fell back asleep.

hi michelle, great idea you came up with. there is a film which builds up on our skin, it is crud from disease makes the fibers and speck stick to you more. here is something to try, please let me know the results. do a double shower when crawly, include washing nostrils ear canals, and scalp. palmolive oxy plus dish liquid (supposed to keep hands soft so not that harsh, but oxygenated, think why kills disease). then do same with selsum blue medicated, soothes with the cool menthol has small amount of sulphur to keep critters off. as long as not seriously allergic to sulphur. can scrub self with nice plastic mesh bath puff.on iv meds, i have been able to finally abandon the treatment steps. but occasionally get this junk film when itchy what i do. when first started meds, first day black specks came out of every wound on my body. for five days was like a snake shedding this icky green skin gunk. face swelled two days. kinda freaky, but process of getting well not always easy. keep in mind this is not a replacement for the treatment steps, but hopefully something to complement it. anyway, hope this helps. Thanks LC,
I will try it mainly on my head. My legs are doing so much better but I do treatments on them daily many times. I spray my head with all products suggested it helps but never goes away for more than half a day. If I dont wash with the selson blue nightly I will wake up miserable. My hair was down to my waist and last friday I had it cut to above my shoulders. The woman said are you sure? I said yes, please before I do it myself. I have it on the back of my head behind ears to the nape of my neck. I put salt in my scalp yesterday Washed and dried my hair last night and though I dont think I scratch in my sleep, its what wakes me up in the morning. I have had this for over a year the head is where it started for me. And it just kept progressing, We went on vacation to Lava Hotsprings in Idaho last march and I was using the selsan blue and soaking in the springs. That was the best I had felt, my head stopped itching as bad and my skin felt good. Within a couple months after being home it came back and attacked my legs and head on both sides. Thanks again for the tip.
