Default Chitin is right, treatment successful Part II

I don't understand why the thread is closed, but I wanted to continue posting my updates on this skin treatment. If people want to argue.. I wish you would please find another thread to do it in!!!

Frito -

I know what you mean about what appears to be worsening in other areas. I don't have lesions, but the areas that were really bad, like my arms, for example, there are spots that are still flaring up.. I think that it may just be the infection is deep and it is still being drawn out... like you, I feel that progress is being made.

Gigi & Frito~

I just read recently (saved it but can't find it right now) about how fungi grows deep as it grows laterally. It may be systemic (whether alone or part of some other recombination) and I'd think an anti-fungal would help as well as anything topical. JMO...

Hi Gigi,

Honestly, I am glad that they closed it and hopefully the arguments will stop. A perfect place would be to argue in a pm instead of publicly. I read somewhere where Franky pays for each post. I don't want to contribute to wasting his money or the intent on which he made this forum. What a good friend he was to the man whom inspired him!!

I am glad to have reference to your experiences so I can compare. I had another friend express his interest in trying it out, so hopefully we will hear from him. I am not sure if he is a member here but I will pm him.

Hello Kritts,

It is very nice to hear from you and thank you. You are right on both your points, it does grow deep and undoubtly my infection is systemic. I have been fighting it and making progress over the past two years. I however cannot speak for others, but I feel it is important for others to read and consider.

You mentioned an antifungal and yes I have taken three forms po. We lucked out recently with another new pediatric derm a few weeks ago. After three years.....ugh. Anywho, she is wonderful!! She insisted we try ketoconazole shampoo 2% and she was very insistent in that it "just may end up killing other things". I have also used selinium sulfide in the past, with initially good results and then the ever present morgellons backswim. Ketoconazole is in the class of piperazines if anyone is familar, so the derms statement is not false in that is does have the capability to affect some parasites found in the skin. For those whom don't know about piperazines, please don't consider taking it internally. After my experiences with antifungals, both prescription and herbal, my personal experience for me and my family, is that combinations are more effective. So, I continue to do our "shampoo" twice a week and the chitinase by Nick.

We are also using N-A-C and Vitamin C internally on this round. N-A-C for the breakup of internal candida/fungus and Vitamin C to escort it it out. Of course this is a multi-purpose combination, but we were successful in ridding ourselves of the esophogeal and mouth thrush. Took about a month, but we are now getting ready to rotate our Lyme and Bartonella herbs with a chinese combo. Again, we have been doing this about two years and have been making progress. It is MHO that you cannot address one facet of this and be successful, but those whom are treating their skin, need to consider pairing their treatments with effective herbals. Hit it from the inside and outside.

Kritts, again, thank you and please continue to post here. Take care.

Frito

Kritts .. Yes.. I think antifungals are very important. I had severe systematic candida a number of months ago so I've been on the anti-candida diet and had already been rotating on a number of antifungals before the M symptoms started... I have not stopped the antifungals. I am on something called Kandidaplex right now, which contains enzymes as well as pau d' arco and probably a few other things I cannot remember

For those of you unfamiliar with Pau D' Arco - it is an EXCELLENT herb for fungus, and you can find this in tea form as well as capsules. It helped me make a lot of headway in my candida battle.. I couldn't believe all of the candida I was purging when I first started taking it.

Default Great Thread

Gigi and Frito~

Thanks to the bodayas for your replies Much appreciated!

I think addressing the fungal aspect of this is so very important and is more a ubiquitous issue than people realize. Sorry if I missed it, but could you both put out your protocols for the fungus so we can all try it? I know that what is in my skin is a fungus (at least one or more type).

I'm extremely interested in the fungal issue in Morgellons, Lyme and just in general health. I believe everything in the decay of life itself, whether the plants, forrests, animals, humans or any part of the eco-system, nothing escapes the fungus. I think that once fungus is involved in our systems, it's a signal for the parasites to come in and pick the carcass (sorry for the disgusting analogy) and vice-versa.

IMO, everyone contributing right now on this forum (and in the past as well) are onto something significant and hopefully we will see how the fungus, the herpes virus, the sponge, the fly, the t-parva, and the mycoplasma fermentans, and agrobacteria among others all fit together.

thanks,
Kritts

im inclined to think that if outward antifungal treatment works, then using an antifungal internally plus outward treatment should be a one-two punch to the "M"!

have you taken garlic? its helped me sooo much. and no wonder: its a potent antifungal, antiviral, antibiotic, and anti-pathogenic in general. i have been feeling less and less symptoms since taking tons of it religiously and i read its not the kind of thing the pathogens can become resistant to, as its natural. not sure how much truth there is in that but its worth a shot!

Yes, Morgylady, I use it whenever possible. I just realized it will be a tool in breaking up with my boyfriend effortlessly, so I should be cured in no time!

I just bought one of those long strings of whole garlic and before I see it go to fungus (hey that sure doesn't make sense if it cures fungus but I'm sure there's an explanation) I smash to peel and put in jar with olive oil in the fridge. Then you have it when you need it.

Just another little tip from Hell-oise!

Smile Chitin is right treatment

Hi,

I have used Pau d Arco for systemic Candida and it works well. However; I found that adding a teaspoon of Cream of Tartar 3x daily also helped if I put it in my mouth and let it mix with saliva and just slowly go through the body

Of course, Garlic is great. A garlic tampon works for vaginal yeast (be sure to thread a string through it)and a garlic enema helps the lower bowel as it kills some parasites as well.

Hugs,
gator

PS Don't know how to post this, but over at Natural Solutions.com, they are asking folks to sign a few petitions to stop the FDA, etc from forcing us to take the H1N1 Vaccine. and others concerning our food and supplements.

Thought you all may be interested.

Default I want to try this too!

Hi, I'm new here but have had morgellons for about 3 years now. Due to lack of funds I've run out of everything I use to treat this. My body is involved head to toe. Biting, stinging, intense itching that turns into huge hives, and when I scratch, skin turns bright reddish/orange(fungal, right?)open lesions on forearms, legs, hands, feet, greenish debris coming from everywhere especially feet and fingernails. My face is spongey and I have clear, sticky hairs sprouting everywhere. And when I start plucking them, they seem to grow back instantly. Whenever a spot starts itching a bunch of the hair appears. So I'm thinking these are the fungas caused symptoms that the barley treatment would help. One of the other major components is probably a parasite or 8!! All my lesions have "sattelites", and the big ones, before I tear the top off, are formed out of triangle shaped scabs arranged in the shape of a question mark, spiral thing. Sometimes the blood is pinkish orange, sometimes its almost black. I also have the fibers and clumped up hair under my skin. I'm also coughing up what look like small animals!!! That's anew thing. Anyway, the only thing I can afford right now is the barley, so this weekend I'll be off in search of some. I'll report back with results. Wish me luck! Catonahtr
