Need suggestions for hair and sore treatments

My scalp and hair are both very itchy and are driving me crazy. Anyone have any suggestions on what I can do about this. My hair seems to be falling out a lot and just seems terribly dry and brittle. I was also wondering what would be the best way to heal the sores. Any suggestions?

Try adding salt to your shampoo with citronella oil/teatree/lavender. Always rinse hair with vinegar, then use good conditioner. Use a hairdryer - never just let it dry.

As shampoos go, I find dishsoap better then anything else. Grapefruit seed extract is also great to add to shampoo.

These oils can also be added to hair products during the day or over night, so you get a good nights sleep.

The Hairdryer is a must .
I use a bit of Frizz ease afterwards .It seems to help keep it off my face .
