Thanks Jill. I just love Keanu

I know what Mr Sense is saying too.I also believe we have the abilty to heal ourselves if we get the right nutrition and
completely change our mindset.
I've tried to say as much in the past but he explains it all so much better.
Basically we have been conditioned so we don't function how we were created to.

Revisit my blog post, scroll to the bottom and watch the video by this Lady who is my new hero. You will get a real kick out of her and what she is saying is so true and is a big part of the reason I am better. I would post the link but still cannot post on this forum, haven't done 15 posts yet, what a frustrating rule, here it is broken up, or go to the blog post above and look at the comments at that very bottom ...

http: + //www + youtube.com/watch?v=uJJA9sWT6Qg

You'll have to concatenate that yourself of follow the instructions above, it works, follow my terrain post and get better ...

There na na na na na forums

Check her out, she is on the ball, she has a you tube channel with awesome information on it ... She makes a great point folks, our bodies are 70% water yet nobody looks at PH, PH is the thing looked at to keep a giant swimming pool healthy and free of bacteria ...

oh, by the way....(patting myself on back)...I've been shouting about our ph levels and acid and disease since I got here two years ago.

love it when I'm right! LOL

(what do you do with a goldfish in a fishbowl that is sick? throw it out? No. change the water. Feed it right. Replenish the proper ph level)

Your welcome Kmar and Kritts you were right, PH matters bigtime, but it takes time, it's not like two weeks of antibiotics. I take CALM magnesium, it's incredible for your body and it brings your PH right up there, don't use artificial PH buffers, if you're acidic you are lacking Magnesium and Potassium (never supliment potassium, get it from foods or OJ) and calcium, those will not only reblance your PH but improve your health, especially the MAG.

She has a whole YouTube Channel (with more excellent video's)
YouTube - ODoctorRotcodO's Channel

She says, Too many doctors today have a forwards name with backwards thinking so I've reversed the order. This is why she goes by the name she does, reminds me of this quote from latest blog post:

Morgellons Disease – There is No Spoon

This is why I say, at this point in time, there is no cause. What doctors are seeing at best, is the result, i.e., fungus, fibers, bacteria, bug infestations ..., which they then examine and study as the cause

By the way, I got banned from the yahoo group "finding1cure" for that blog post above "There is no Spoon". Go figure, some folks don't want others to know how to get better ...

This is how I got better It’s All About the Terrain
