| I finally got my shipment. I ordered New Hope I to start out with. Before my shower, I even took a baking soda/salt/alfalfa bath and got a lot of debris out. I got in the shower and lathered up with New Hope soap. Holy crap! It brought out even more stuff (some black, a lot of white specks). And it killed some stuff on my skin. I broke out in rashes in several places, and I immediately got 2 red streaks from the shoulder down to the elbow (seems like something was running away...).. With the balm on, I barely felt anything all night (only an itch or two - but really was very comfortable). |

We'll eventually have a 'Bath Products to Consider' section and this might be a good one for folks? (You just quote yourself, highlight it - or copy it 'Ctrl-C', get out of there, go up to "Today's Posts", find the 'Cure' thread, come in a paste/post 'Ctrl-V' it and enter a few words to make it take... and it's that easy. TY.) |

| I ordered the same kit Gigi got. ESP New Hope was a total rip off for $98 or whatever the cost of the kit was. The balm which was supposed to last for months was gone in a week and didn't help at all - just the opposite. In hindsight I could have done a lot better for a lot less. |

| There are no miricle cures, NONE as of yet. If you find somthing that does give a reaction then you more than likely are afflicting it, maybe not killing it but you are upsetting its hidden hidding spots. The appearence of the rash or round spot or whatever is not the spread of this thing, it is the unmasking of it. When you run somthing over the skin and it SHOWS it is living there, right there and you and the solution just revealed it. You would not after all be buying special things to rub on the skin if there were not issues in the first place. When you finally see the results on the flesh this mess is well ingrained under it. Believe it or not. |

| Hi Gigi. I have used the ESP products. Heres an account of my experience. I had the same problem with the balm lasting me the months it was supposed to. I was lucky to get through a week as well. But it was helpful just too damned expensive for my poor budget in the amounts I needed at the time. The combinations used in the New Hope I line were so incredibly healing to my skin. If I were to make a recommendation, I would suggest using the New Hope I soap only. Its not really even a soap as in drying, it is incredibly moisturizing and dam, it does help the skin to heal and fight. I left the soap on all day, after showering, I massaged in a light film, and it was responsible for a huge jump in the improvement of my skin. It wa not however, a cure. !!! Its something good to use daily in the throes of the worst of this disease. I derived the most benefit from internal work and the ESP helped with the outside. I didn't like the New Hope II with the sulfur added to it. It made me kinda nauseous and it dried the hell out of my skin. I know others like it, but I did not. But remember too, I have problems with methylation, and I believe that is why it wasn't as good for me as the New Hope I. The soap bars are only seven bucks a piece, and I have used more expensive with less effect. Thank GOD I am in a place where I don't need skin stuff anymore. Whew. Frito |

| I second, no maybe it's third that. There are no miracle cures. This illness requires internal as well as external treatments. Don't waste money on promises companies make which will not be upheld by the results. Don't pay for marketing hype when cheaper products (salt, baking soda, inexpensive sulfur soap) will most likely yield similar results with a lot less money spent.

| I still stand by the ESP products. It helped me. Yes, there are no miracles cures, but these products helped me make life more livable and more comfortable while I used other methods to fix myself. There are other, cheaper ways as well, so I'm not saying they are the only way. They are not. (Hi Frito!) I, too, would leave the soap on my scalp throughout the day like a mask and sometimes I would leave the soap on my skin like a mask throughout the day. Most of the time, though, I would use the balm after a shower in the morning. I would rub in this balm from head to toe and I would purge out lots of those larva-like things when I did this. (You are supposed to use this balm sparingly. It's easy to use too much and run out sooner than expected). I would take a New Hope lotion bar to work with me, and when I felt a sting, I would use the lotion bar and a black speck would come out. The battle is internal, and you need to get that fixed in order to get well. I believe that we suffer from immune deficiencies which need to be addressed in order to get well. The external stuff is just to provide some relief in the meantime. ESP also makes a wonderful bath soak made with lots of herbs that I used that was extremely helpful as well. I could watch the mold pour out of my skin when I would soak in it. The larva I would purge out are now gone. I don't need to use the skin products any more either, but just because they don't work for everyone doesn't mean they are "stupid junk". No, I do not work for ESP or make money off these products and only posted this because the products helped me. It's good to have views from both sides so others can make decisions for themselves on what to try. |

| I spent around 220.00 and really did not find the products that helpful. I did like there repellent spray but it was kind of expensive for the size. I got the New Hope II soap and did not care for it. Two cans of salt and herb soak messy to deal with and salt works better I believe. The body balm I ended up being allergic to because of the shea butter in it. hmmm oh I got the magnetic clay it was ok but what a mess and it stains everything. The environmental spray was ok but my husband complained of it causing him asthma. I liked the smell though. So basically the repellent spray was the only thing I really liked out of all the money I spent. Cyn ![]()
