| Hi all, Granted we might not all have the same 'form' of Morgellons, but we do have many similar symptoms. Some of us have greatly improved through specific protocols we either have put together ourselves from information put forth here or from other resources and professionals who have been mentioned often here. If you will take the time to let everyone here know what has worked for you, we can hopefully have a continuing thread where we can contain this information as a resource for others. It would be helpful to give specifics as to which symptoms have improved. Thanks, Kritters |

| Good morning all, I know it will take a bit of time, but if you have a protocol you know works for you or someone else, please post it here and don't forget the tag words, such as Staninger protocol, or Kritters successful protocol (can't wait to post that one).... | The Effectiveness of Samento,Cumanda,Burdur and Dr.Lee Cowden's Protocol in the treetment of Chronic Lyme Disease Dr Cowden says that through the studies he has discovered that antibiotics do seem to work fairly well in a lot of patients. But,if they've had the illness for longer than six weeks ,the change of antibiotics getting rid of the infection,in my experiene,is pretty unlikely, pretty remote. So they're basically just guaranteeing that they'll stay on antibiotics for the rent of their life. The problem with staying on the standard pharmaceutical antibiotics longterm is that you kill off the friendly bacteria in your gut.So when antibiotics fail Samento,Cumanda you can be on long term. I find Dr Cowden's Protocol works for me with morgellons as well. http://www.Bionatus.com/Nutramedix/p...nsendapro7,pdf. A Google screen will come up OOP! this link appears to be broken CLICK on Bionatas on that google page wait a sec. it will come on www.lymediseaseresource.com/Dr_Lee_Cowen.html The effectiveness of Samento, Cumanda, Burbur, and Dr. Lee Cowden's protocol in the treatment of chronic Lyme disease | Townsend Letter for Doctors and Patients | Find Articles at BNET. or tipe in Dr Lee Cowdens protocol on yahoo take care Nick Last edited by nick; May 22nd, 2009 at 12:14 AM. |

| Hi all, Let me tell you about the big pot of witches brew I have simmering on the stove tonight. Yes, I have been slightly involved in Wicca but never felt so much like a witch as tonight as I gathered my ingredients to put on my lesions. This is not for oral consumption. I thought about "eye of newt" but didn't have it (some reference from Shakespeare I think) - Anyway, here's what's in it (and I'm simmering it down to make it really really good and strong) - So far it's really helping. Start with some water (1/2 gallon) Add the following (just dump, use your imagination and your "inner knower" for how much of each ingredient: Red Wine (one large bottle) Balsamic vinegar (one standard size bottle) Ground cloves (use lots - 2 complete bottles) Thyme (leaves - will have to strain these out after you're done) Wormwood extract (1 whole bottle) Black walnut extract (1 whole bottle) Tumeric - about 1/4 cup Ginger (lots and lots - I used 2 cntrs of ginger) Ben Gay (use one whole tube - just dump it in!) One bottle Oil of Oregano 1/4 cup Sesame Oil Salt Epsom salt Ground mustard (1 bottle) 2 moth balls (look out for the smell on these - leave these out if you prefer - they stink, they are toxic, but then again, that IS the idea) Magnesium extract (tincture)(4 droppers full) Zinc extract tincture (4 droppers full) Selenium extract tincture (4 droppers) 1 bottle of Adolph's meat tenderizer (no MSG) We gotta soften them wormies up! 1/2 cup Xylitol sweetener (supposed to kill worms) 4 teaspoons powdered Vitamin C 1 bottle of Chloraseptic (for numbing - also has menthol in it) I think that's just about it. When I put this on my lesions a few minutes ago, it was some powerful stuff. I could feel the loosening, collapsing sensation that happens when the swelling goes down and the wormies start dissolving. This is like a combination solvent and nematode killer. I think a big problem we have with killing these things is that their outside is tough as nails. I still haven't gotten them to melt on contact, and will keep adding ingredients trying to achieve that. Also I'm taking stuff internally, when my constitution allows it. Vitamin C Salt Magnesium Wormwood Black walnut Red Wine (also for relaxing and pain control. I've never been a drinker but since having M I think the red wine is my fave!) Happy cooking! sar Last edited by sarothra; May 19th, 2009 at 01:04 AM. |

| First, let me state that I am not a doctor, I’m just trying to find my way through this mess just as so many of you are also. So my first rule is to “Do no harm” so this means I do research on what I’m going to take and start off at lower than recommended doses and see how things go. If you have a doctor I recommend you work them him or her. My new approach focuses mainly on correcting the terrain. First, my body was extremely acidic, testing at 5.5 on the PH scale, the urine strips were basically yellow all of the time, I’m amazed I didn’t develop cancer. But rather than go out and find some artificial PH booster I had to determine what this meant. In my case it was and is caused by a lack of Potassium and Magnesium (I can’t stress how important Magnesium is) and other minerals that really raise your PH. My body was starving for minerals. Also, when your body is acidic your blood is carrying a much lower level of oxygen, so I started taking some oxygen pills (Opaline). I also began exercising which helps with oxygen and all kinds of body processes. I also now try to get some sunlight rather than try to avoid it. I added B vitamins to my list, B12 and others. And finally, after some reading I stumbled across something called Ribose or D-Ribose which is a key component in the body for making ATP and causing all kinds of good things to happen (great for Fibromyalgia, sound familiar?). And finally, because I don’t eat meat of any kind (maybe chicken every once in a while) I have added amino acids which are proving to be very valuable to me physically. So, basically, I’ve stopped focusing on my immune system and started focusing on the terrain, i.e. my body, lungs, liver, muscle tissue and so on. I no longer even take any kind of natural antibiotic at all, nothing antiparasitical and and currently doing the best I have ever been. I am not cured and I am still early into this new approach, but feel strongly that is the way out of Morgellons, and any other future ailment I might encounter. Here is what I am taking. However, I urge each of you to do your own research, some of these things react with pharmaceuticals of which I take none.
Now, that sounds like a lot but it really isn’t. I get my potassium from orange juice, you should really not supplement with Potassium. Every once in a while I use something called Happy Tummy for a good colon cleansing. I truly believe the gut is a major key to healing, and since I don’t eat meat I have added the amino acids. Also, at one time I was taking Fulvic Acid by Vital Earth Minerals (always take Fulvic with chlorine free water). Fulvic is good stuff in my opinion but I haven’t taken it in over a year. |
