| Yes, meditation has helped me. Homeopathic and natural medicine too. In the white light, ~jonsi

| Hi paddel, I think the other way, while meditation might help us to bring in internal peace and divert the mind from the obsessive thoughts on the disease, it may not help to solve the actual physical problem. In fact it may aggravate due to reduced physical activity and therefore, increased parasitic activity. I believe that Delusional Parasitosis in old people people is mainly caused by reduced physical activity. When we concentrate, our bio energy is channelised and flows mainly through our head, where as when we are physically active, the energy flows through our each and every body part. The insects and other parasites are able to sense our bio energy and remain inactive in our active state. If you can keep your body physically active and expose the body to some morning sun light, it may help a lot to control the symptoms. With regards, Yours B |

| I think both are beneficial. I agree it is important to get exercise, breath deeply and get at least a half hour in direct strong sun per day. But I also think it's important to calm the mind and reduce stress. Yoga would be great as it keeps you toned, muschles stretched and deep breathing which brings oxygen deep into the lungs. Kritts |
